I don’t usually leave reviews, but this visit deserves one. I ordered a footlong BLT, and to my surprise, there was literally only one sad strip of bacon on each half. That’s not a BLT that’s a lettuce and tomato sandwich with a sprinkle of bacon. To make things worse, the tomatoes looked like they’d been sitting out for a week soft, watery, and definitely not fresh so I skipped them on my sandwich. The employee toasted it as a 6 inch bread so the bread wasn’t properly toasted.

I also decided to try the new promotional nachos they were advertising, and honestly, they were absolutely horrible. Stale chips after toasting them, barely any cheese, and nothing about them was worth the price or hype.

Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time. Subway really dropped the ball here. The location on Fallbrook/1960 in the fuel station is a way better choice.

Horrible quality. After asking for more lettuce the woman preparing my sandwich decided to not give me my cheese.

I ordered a chicken bacon elite and while I was eating my sandwich I noticed it was very lacking I feel like I was mostly getting bread. I opened it up I have almost no chicken and the cheese is almost non-existent. I'm very disappointed in this Subway. I will never go here again. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I chose this one instead of the one at the corner store. I paid about $16 and it was not even close to being worth it. The lady working at the counter totally ripped me off.

Placed my order online, when i picked up and asked for a cup of ice and employee named Alejandra charged me $3.50 for a cup of ice. I said ok and she said is the manager that wants to charge for everything! Upon checking my order all 3 footlongs were wrong! Asked her to fix my order and she got mad and said “you expect me to fix all 3”!!! I said yes they are all incorrect, she proceeded to be rude and fixed my food with an attitude! She then put my food ok the counter and walked away! If i could give it a negative stars i would!

TERRIBLE
I came in yesterday for an online order at 2:15pm I was on my way to the hospital in the woodlands and I got 4 sandwiches. My sandwich order it’s self was wrong no cheese not toasted and no banana peppers this location does not look fresh first time at this location. I did not eat it I disposed of it because when I called they told me they will remake it no worries I told them it’s far from me to this location so I’m not sure when I would go. I placed a order today I accidentally reorder at this location I called to cancel the order I do not like this location they told me they can’t help me so I drive 30 min to come get it and i figured I can get the one they messed up. The lady was so rude as i explain to her she did not really speak English good so i stated talking in Spanish for her and she denied to give me her name her managers name and any contact information i call and don’t answer how can they fix it without even trying to give basic information out ?? It’s crazy if you don’t like your job why work there especially if someone is being respectful and patient.

Seriously dont go here. I had a veggie sandwich and she skimmed on all my veggies. All i wanted was extra lettuce and she barely put any on there. And when i told her she kept showing me how it says 1.5 oz lettuce only and kept saying no to adding more. I was basically paying for bread. Dont come here. Youre better off at other sandwich places

Telling me i can't have more vegetables and it was only 5 cucumbers on the sandwich the people don't want to work clearly needs new workers I won't be returning until there new workers

I feel like my sandwich was kinda of thrown together...hardly any spinach, I requested EXTRA olives...that's not extra. It's not like she was saving the ingredients for someone else...put it on my sandwich before it goes bad, lol. The Subway on the corner of Fallbrook & 1960 inside the gas station is WAY better than this one.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. The lady working there made our order wrong and then refused to correct it by making us the correct one or money back. Said she cannot help. The one sandwich that was edible was low quality. Bread was stale, not toasted , scraps of bacon, just overall awful.

Not bad, the place was empty. The transaction was incredibly fast and smooth, which I really appreciated. I was thrilled to find they had the veggie patty available. The flavor was spot on. I also highly recommend the new ghost pepper bread. Overall, a great visit that left me satisfied and excited to return!

None of the toppings were fresh! Spinach and lettuce wilted. We ordered a kids meal and they told us everything was sold separately even though it’s a meal, which was wrong. Ice tea machine was frozen and looked spoiled…. Subway inside of shell just minutes away is wayyyyy better.

Walked in to two ladies scowling and stopped what they were doing to look at me without saying hello or can I help you...just scowls on their faces, like I did something wrong. Then I realized it's because they had pulled all the food and we're cleaning up at 9:39pm and they were letting me know that I wasn't welcome to be there 20 minutes before closing. So I told them I had a to-go order and luckily for them they had it made already.

Meatballs were cold, like below room temp. Unwelcoming attitude & cold meatballs with zero tomato sauce. Many ingredients seemed to have been skipped. Sandwich sucked.

On top of this Subway is clearly doing the shrink-flation thing w those miniature meatballs that don't even taste like an Italian meatball anymore. Then I noticed the app put in a new feature with GREAT BIG buttons for you to select your tip amount.

I've been going to Subway for 35 years but I think this was the last straw. Going to find a local sandwich shop, even if they cost more.

I have never heard of a chicken salad, that wasn't already mixed. I noticed the lady about to put mayo on the chicken, which looked like regular shredded chicken. The other lady kept telling me, that's how the sandwich is made. I didn't want a chicken sandwich, which is what the shorter lady argued with me about. Then I was charged more than what was posted for it. I have gone subway for years, and although the chicken salad was fairly new, this is only subway that has given me grief.

AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! FOOD NOT FRESH/SPOILED/RANCID!!! I HAVE BEEN SICK & NAUSEOUS ALL DAY AND STILL SICK SINCE EATING THERE. YOU CANNOT CALL THEM. THE # ON RECEIPT IS NOT A WORKING #. HEALTH DEPT TO BE CALLED TO SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN FOR GOOD.
