Not bad, the place was empty. The transaction was incredibly fast and smooth, which I really appreciated. I was thrilled to find they had the veggie patty available. The flavor was spot on. I also highly recommend the new ghost pepper bread. Overall, a great visit that left me satisfied and excited to return!

None of the toppings were fresh! Spinach and lettuce wilted. We ordered a kids meal and they told us everything was sold separately even though it’s a meal, which was wrong. Ice tea machine was frozen and looked spoiled…. Subway inside of shell just minutes away is wayyyyy better.

Walked in to two ladies scowling and stopped what they were doing to look at me without saying hello or can I help you...just scowls on their faces, like I did something wrong. Then I realized it's because they had pulled all the food and we're cleaning up at 9:39pm and they were letting me know that I wasn't welcome to be there 20 minutes before closing. So I told them I had a to-go order and luckily for them they had it made already.

Meatballs were cold, like below room temp. Unwelcoming attitude & cold meatballs with zero tomato sauce. Many ingredients seemed to have been skipped. Sandwich sucked.

On top of this Subway is clearly doing the shrink-flation thing w those miniature meatballs that don't even taste like an Italian meatball anymore. Then I noticed the app put in a new feature with GREAT BIG buttons for you to select your tip amount.

I've been going to Subway for 35 years but I think this was the last straw. Going to find a local sandwich shop, even if they cost more.

9:39pm Monday 29 July 2024.

I have never heard of a chicken salad, that wasn't already mixed. I noticed the lady about to put mayo on the chicken, which looked like regular shredded chicken. The other lady kept telling me, that's how the sandwich is made. I didn't want a chicken sandwich, which is what the shorter lady argued with me about. Then I was charged more than what was posted for it. I have gone subway for years, and although the chicken salad was fairly new, this is only subway that has given me grief.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY. There's one less than 3 mins away at Fallbrook and 1960. This place will skimp you on the meat! They give you half the amount your suppose to get and now to hide the fact that they're cheating you they have a silver barrier where you can't even see them add the meat and cheese.

I've come before and the two women acted weird probably due to language barrier. I will not be going back to this location you will not get what you paid for.

A veggie sandwich has barely any veggies. So disappointing.

If I could give these guys 0 stars! Ruthless. During the tornado/storm, people are out helping each other. I had zero cash on me. Most of the places to eat were closed, and i was starving. The Indian lady turned me away as I had no cash. Told me straight up that she couldn't make me a sandwich. I asked if I could pay via Zelle or the cash app. I would rather stay hungry than be treated like that. Terrible people! Bring some humanity within yourselves.

I ordered a sandwich online and when I got to the store the person told me that the order was not on his computer and REFUSED to make the sandwich even after I showed him my phone!! Subway corporate … are you listening to your customers?? Just look at all of the negative reviews!

Need to agree with most of the 1 star reviews about this store and 2 women (maybe owners) working there who doesn’t speak proper English. older lady acted rude when handing over the sandwiches and on the call she disconnected coz I was complaining about the sandwiches I had ordered . One of the 2 veggie sandwiches is fine even though it’s missing Sriracha which I specifically requested andasked if they added it when I picked up the order. The other veggie sandwich doesn’t have cheese, little to none jalapeño, banana pepper , sauces . It looked dry and when I called back to store to complain the older lady with her broken English said they have added everything and she has video proof. When I was about to say that the sandwich is right in front of me and that I will post the picture on the reviews, she just disconnected the call .

I've been eating Subway for 35 years and this is the worst Subway sandwich I've ever had, it was dry, very little meat, a little vegetables even though I ordered a premier sandwich. I knew I should have been concerned when I was giving my product in a convenience store bag. This store is obviously cutting corners and not doing it the subway way. Don't go to this store!

These people in this restaurant is very dis. Respectful they are family owned and don't honor their customers, I had a ton of flatbread sandwich and she barely put any tuna any vegetables or anything I asked and she overloaded with salt and pepper and I told her I was own dialysis and I couldn't eat a lot of salt. She said who cares get out of my store? Don't come back, go to another one. I'm calling corporate office. They are very disrespectful. They don't even need to be running this operation.

I've been an online regular at this location for years since it's close to my home. When I order food, it's usually 2-4+ footlongs 2x per month. Im sure they recognize me by my online order name. We are always respectful to the workers and always thank them for our order. The food at this location is good and the orders are always correct. However, this last time, when my son came in to pick up our order, an older lady ask him how many coupons we have and told him to go to a different location. This type of dialogue is surprising given that other local establishments that we frequent THANK us for our business. Subway coupons are always sent to us in the mail. They are offered to customers to use. Ordering twice a month is not abusing coupons. Apparently, this woman is rude to many customers based on the recent reviews. This location has definitely lost my business as long management supports this type of behavior. I don't need someone speaking to my child like that. Flipping a negative to a positive, this woman's actions have motivated me to go online and find subway's bread recipe. I can now make FRESHER and CHEAPER subway sandwiches from home. There's always a better alternative to everything.

Awful experience! It was 8 pm and both women refused to get fresh tomatoes that weren't covered in old mayonnaise and brown debris. There were maybe 7 old tomatoes sitting at the bottom of the metal bin. She flat out refused because they were "about to close!" How if the sign says the store closes at 10pm and it's 8pm?!? This is the second time she's been rude to me in front of my daughter over a simple request. The other older woman began laughing at me and raising her voice as I was asking why they were being so rude to me. Totally unprofessional behavior for employees that are the face of an already struggling company, old vegetables, they refuse to take legitimate coupons the time we visited prior because apparently an All American Club isn't included with the two footlongs for $17.99, yet that sandwich doesn't say "excluded" on the coupon. I asked for their names so I could make a formal complaint and both refused. No name tags were visible. We obviously walked out because their food prep is horrendously questionable and they're lazy. I assume we dodged getting food poisoning, but not their hateful attitudes, unfortunately.
