3 Workers ignored customers while talking to contractor friends that were cutting in line. 1 other worker was helpful. Sandwich was very light. Not much at all. Worker put 4 single leaf of spinach on it. What a difference in other Subways that are in the area which are fantastic!

On June 2,2023 @ 12:30 p.m.The Middle age young lady was wiping the counter with gloves and fixing sandwiches .I asked her to wash and change her gloves before preparing my sandwich and she got upset after complying. Today ,June 9,2023 I visit the same location and the middle age lady was upset cause i ordered alot of food . I asked he if she was ok because she slowed down helping her coworker move the long line when she noticed I was ordering again.Please talk to her about her terrible customer service skills thanksDietary restrictions: its ok

Subs made pretty quick although arrived early for lunch time crowd. Line moved pretty quickly but when looking at the food displayed thru glass some of it looked as if it had been out to long such as the cheese which as the American which had curled up & was turning blackened. Chose a more fresh looking white cheese. Hooe I didn't make a mistake.

Possibly one of the slowest Subway restaurants I have ever visited. If you come at 1:00, still an hour before they close, or anytime after they are almost always our of Italian herbs and cheese bread.Update: I went there today and they were completely out of ALL bread a full 30 minutes before closing. This place needs to do a serious reassessment of how much bread they make.

Terrible customer service. The employee checked out a customer and preceded to make another sandwich for what I presume to be her mate who was sitting in the lobby area without acknowledging there were customers in line waiting. After making the sandwich for him she went to the back and didn't come back out. Another employee comes out to make our sandwich and already waiting, I was not paying much attention so he just stood there instead of asking "how may I help you?". It felt as if myself and other customers were an inconvenience to him. I initially wanted a 6 inch but realized I would like a foot long. This was obviously a problem I caused him. He took the meat off my 6 inch put the bread back in the container and pulled out a foot long bread before asking me if I wanted to change the bread I had. Not to mention replacing contaminated bread back in the bread holder. He proceeds to make my sandwich but a customer asks him for a refill on the lids for the cups. There were no more lids, limited bread selecting at rush hour work traffic, and no supply of chip selections. Furthermore, he goes to the back to look for lids and I see him scratch his face and wipe his hands on the back of his pants before coming back to attempt to make my sandwich with the same gloves on. Disgusting! Feed up with the horrible service I decided to take my business elsewhere.
