One the worse subway i've ever been to. I've been here multiple times, always thin sandwiches (the barest minimum). This time the bread was burnt and basically inedible.

I have been coming to this place since its opened. And after tonights rude experience with the guy with the cornrows i will never return. Simply rude and unprofessional. This seems to be family of the owner so i doubt anything will occur of this but extremely bad customer service

The employee that waited on me was friendly and polite. My sandwich was great. The tables and floors could have used a little clean up, but everything was great.

Worst staff ever so rude. Never coming back.
Placed an order at 9:27 PM, pulled up at 9:33 PM to the store for my online order and was met with the lights off and the doors locked. A male employee comes to the door and profusely insists that I placed my order at the wrong store. It took me showing my order and my receipt from my email for him to say it was in fact the right store. The entire time he was making my two sandwiches, he was muttering to himself, cursing to himself complaining about making my order. Slamming things left and right. I have no idea why the time for close is marked for 10 PM if employees want to lock customers out at 9:30 PM? If i was going to be met with this aggressive, hostile attitude, i would’ve much rather preferred him to process a refund so I could go to the Subway on Bay Area Blvd. I have no idea why this location employs employees with such ugly attitudes, who clearly want a check for free. It took him a total of 10 minutes to make my two sandwiches, so I don’t understand why he was so hostile towards me. It’s not like he got out late? He still had to be there till 10 PM anyway.. I felt very uncomfortable yet I still thanked him for making my order and I was met with a “mhmm” and no eye contact. 0 stars if I could. Avoid this location at all costs!

Out of many items & ingredients. Would have burnt my dessert if I hadn't said something. Patient with me while I figured out what I wanted & called to verify what my husband wanted.

I went here at 8:30 pm to get one foot long sandwich on white bread. There were three visible employees behind the counter. I was told that they didn’t have any white bread and that they only had one wheat bread left. I asked why they were not cooking any bread and was told that they were too close to closing to cook bread. They confirmed that closing was at 10pm. I’m not too sure why they stayed open when they didn’t have any sandwiches to sell. I left and had to go to a different Subway for dinner. Don’t waste your time going here!

Worst staff ever, extremely rude every time we go they are out of multiple items but simply because the fastest thing they are doing is trying to get the heck out of there. Not baking bread or taking meat out ect. We went in at 8 they already had most what was left put away. To top it off there was a big piece of hard plastic in his sandwhich. We will not be back and after reading the rest of the reviews I don’t think many of those would return.

The guy with all the tattoos here does not know how to do his job. I kept having to remind him what goes on our sandwiches, and he didn’t toast them long enough, so they were cold when we got to our table.
He also kept arguing about which side items go with the kid’s meal. He wouldn’t let us get the applesauce that comes with it without trying to charge us extra. He needs better training.

No tomatoes, ouch! Almost cancelled my order but I was hungry of course. Not bad but didn't seem like enough otherwise. Place was clean at least and the employees were friendly.
