On my way back into Houston and of course I had to stop back into this subway location! The employees are nice, the customer service is great and the prep table is always clean & organized! The promotions and specials that are offered always makes it worth the stop. The Subway Series line of sandwiches are definitely an amazing option... especially the footlong deals! Apologies to all the competition but we have an obvious winner!

I would never come to this location again! Their attitude is ridiculous and their cleanliness is horrible.. I order 2 sandwiches for pick up at 10:28am when I arrived at 10:57am my sandwiches were not ready I had 2. Here you this its stated it takes 10mins then ready. Both of my sandwiches were sloppy. I wanted the chicken bacon ranch but I don't like rotisserie chicken so I ordered the grill chicken and paid an extra $2.19 for bacon. They claim to not have anymore grill chicken so I had to have rotisserie chicken like really then on top of that. THEY DIDNT PUT ANY BACON!!! Are you kidding me? The bell peppers were too thick and I didn't have much or any spinach in there either. Not only was a over charged a sandwich, I didn't even get what I wanted either. Those girls are so rude and they don't need to be working in customer service. I will be reporting this restaurant first thing Monday morning.

NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN! Where shall I begin? The "head sandwich maker" Cynthia was:VERY UnprofessionalImpatientRudeMeanCurtVERY Argumentative...and that's to name just a few! She argued w/almost everyone in there about their sandwiches and what they can have on it. "This bread only. No toasted for you...etc". She got mad when a customer asked for no mayo because she can't eat mayo! Cynthia got mad!It made everyone in Subway uncomfortable...even the workers!! It was absolutely APPALLING!If I were you...go to another Subway...or HO-BO's on East Fwy!!!! Gheez!

The young guy working asked me what would I like. As i told him i wanted 4 footlongs he proceeded to role his eyes at me like I was bothering him. Then I asked him for cheese told me there was none. This was at 8 PM. Don't go here if you see a young man making sandwiches. Horrible service.
