Hello,
I couldn’t wait to make this review! First off I just have to say everything I ordered was so good! Tasted very fresh and made with love and care! It’s very clean no weird smells! Very welcoming! However the server named Jenny is amazing! You can tell she actually cared about getting your food prepared at the customers satisfaction…she even ask you is it to your liking! As I paid for the food I definitely tipped her because she made me feel like I mattered and the food was definitely worth it! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 Extremely satisfied!

Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Incomplete Order

I recently visited this Subway® location to try out the new nachos. I initially attempted to place my order in-store and was told that “double meat” was not an option unless I ordered through the app. I followed their instructions and placed my order online.

While I understood that app orders may take a bit longer, I ended up standing and waiting in total for over 30 minutes, watching other customers get serviced in the meantime. Finally, when an employee began preparing my nachos, he informed me — after all that time — that they were out of nacho cheese. It would take 20 minutes for the nacho cheese to be thawed.

I asked if I could cancel the order since it was placed through the app. He said he didn’t know how and that there was no manager on site. With no clear way to receive a refund or even a confirmation that I’d get one, I was essentially forced to take the nachos without cheese, which defeats the purpose of ordering nachos in the first place.

What made this worse was the attitude of the employee. After standing there for over 30 minutes, I left without so much as a thank you. He showed no concern, no effort to be courteous, and when I asked for his name, he simply said, “I don’t like giving my name.”

This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor service at this location or with this employee. Earlier this same week, I ordered a sandwich that includes double cheese by default on the menu, but was told they “aren’t allowed” to give double cheese — even though it’s a standard part of the item.

Because of these repeated issues, I will no longer be returning to this location and will drive to other Subway restaurants where the service is more professional and aligned with the brand’s standards. I will also be reaching out to corporate to request a refund, as I paid for an item that was not prepared according to the menu and was left with no way to resolve the issue in-store.

I ordered on the subway app today at exactly 7:14 and I arrived to the store a little bit after 7:30pm. When I went up to the worker he told me that my order has been picked up by a DoorDasher. I was very confused because I placed on the app not on DoorDash and I showed my app to prove that it wasn’t on DoorDash. Then both the workers started going back and forth and started acting like I was trying not to do some sort of scam. They then made my food and gave it to me almost at 8pm and I did not get a sorry or anything instead they treated me as if I was lying and was just trying to get free food even though I was being polite and was not rude to them at all. They were two young men with glasses I hope the manager sees this and fixes it because it was not my fault the workers gave another customer the wrong order.

Bad service and I think her name is Ashley she told me to stand on the other side to order just to ignore me and then tell someone else to do my order because supposedly she’s not bilingual ? But I speak English wouldn’t come back again and I would recommend she picks up her pants instead of showing her behind very poor hygiene and then I had a 50$ but she didn’t have change ? Never stopping again or my family !
