Lady , had horrible demeanor and stated that the sub of day I wasn't able to choose cheese of my choice because it wasn't allowed. I have eaten subway all my life and here recently at this location and never encounter this issue.

Stopped by around 7:40pm and ordered some of the dippers. The employee was on a personal call the entire time I was trying to order. Once I got home I noticed I wasn't given the cheese thats supposed to come with the pretzel. I went back up there less than 10 minutes later and the door was locked. The employee was still inside and saw me trying to open the door and immediately stepped back out of view. Based on the store hours they aren’t supposed to close until 10pm. It wasn't even 8:00. I then start trying to call the store and after the first call she disconnected the phone. Thanks lady. I just needed my cheese. Had you not been yapping on the phone you might have heard me.
