Placed online order 45 minutes prior to pick up time come and she had customer place order online and took their order prior to making order that had already been placed. Only to have one person staffed on the weekend is not a good look. Usually satisfied with this location but today was disappointed.

Ok first of all I'm making this review cause workers were very rude and charged over charged me combo meals and I stated 6 inch only sandwich and since they charge me both I said take off one why was the total more after taking one meal off my number 30. Only sandwich 7 something combo 949 18 sandwich only so she said. At the end 32.50 I'm like how is 32.50 she said it was cause it's a combo and drink I said sandwich only but got one meal and sandwich after all so it should be less it was 35.50 how is that possible bad service bad customer service need action on this situation dam subway

Super clean! Friendly staff. They're a bit slow at times but it doesn't help when people don't get off their phones to order! So you, person reading this, don't be playing on your phone when you're trying to order! The calls or texts or tikki tokkis or whatever can wait! Haha.

I had to ask the woman to fold my turkey and ham instead of laying it flat on the bread. She then asked if I wanted the pepperoni folded as well (being that I used to work at subway, you should know to fold your sliced meats that is standard not the pepperoni or salami) She also put double meat and cheese on the 6inch when I did not ask for it and wasn’t charged for it. They need better trainers otherwise she would know the correct way to make a sandwich so I do not blame her. The only upside was it’s a clean location.

I went to this location for the first time today since I was in the area and had a taste for something healthy. I always get a protein bowl so I know how they are made. The protein bowl is the equivalent of a foot long sandwich in terms of meat. I had to explain to the sandwich maker that since I was getting Ham and Turkey he would need to slice 6 pieces of ham and 6 pieces of turkey for a total of 12 slices of meat. He proceeded to lay the full slices on top of the salad when I explained that the meat was supposed to be cut into strips. At least that is how I'm used to it being prepared at other locations. He refused to slice the meat and opted to take one piece at a time and tear it by hand which took a long time. I tried to hint that he could get the job done faster by just putting all of the meat together on a piece of sandwich paper and slicing it in cross sections but he didn't get the hint and continued to tear the meat by hand. Now the sandwich maker may have been a new employee because he was young but the older woman who was watching him do this didn't correct him either. The meat shredded by hand and laid over all of the veggies didn't look very appetizing but I was willing to overlook it because I was hungry. I understand the the protein bowls are not common purchases at most locations but please have someone train the employees on how to prepare one for those few of us that want a breadless meal.

Pandemic Diesel

Purchased a subway a couple days the food was fine, but the customer service was lacking. I get it, youre young, first job, but if youre on the clock the least you can do is pay attention when a customers ordering instead of having a conversation about something non work related.

I went to subway for my 30 min. Lunch break and the vegetables today were NOT FRESH they looked very dry. So I said to myself ehh no big deal BUT when I was half way eating my subway the chicken had a weird taste of metal like substance. I almost threw up and had to throw away the rest of my subway. I was NOT HAPPY. I really thought subway is supposed to cut the veggies fresh EVERY DAY n cook their meat as well but I guess not.
