This subways has bad service, I order online went to get my order and they have already had given my order to someone else. The lady didn’t want to redo my orders.

Went to Subway today 08/13/2023 around 2pm and lady at front told me to wait to order because there were several people and families waiting on the seats . She told me to wait my turn and to go sit down and wait to order like the rest of the people but I decided to leave . I been going to this location for various years and this is the 1st time they took forever to get an order . Never again going back .

The lady behind the counter must've been new. She didn't know how to make a protein bowl. She slapped meat slices on top of the veggies. I asked her to cut the meat up and she didn't seem to comprehend. Smiled at me and proceeded to put the lid on backwards. I wasn't going to argue so I asked for a sheet of butcher's paper and a plastic knife. Luckily the saving grace was an employee who came from back and corrected the problem.

Waited for 5 minutes to buy a bag of chips no one acknowledged me, they were helping someone else whose order was taken, which was great but I never got acknowledged to buy my snack so I left. No chips sad time.The only guy working did ask if I needed help I told him I was buying chips but the ladies at the register didn't acknowledge me.

I left subway very angry. They didnt know how to make my order even after explaining it to them in detail. These people dont know what theyre doing at all and are extremely rude and give you nasty looks. Especially the cashier, Guadalupe. The employees need to have a better attitude towards their customers if they dont want bad reviews.

This is the third time I order for delivery from this location and while I have had better experiences my experience today was terrible. I ordered on the app and forgot to add a note with the name of the person that would receive the delivery. I called the store as quickly as I could to get a note added in with the name of the person. They told me it was taken care of. A few minutes later i received a message from the person telling me how they had to deal with an angry delivery person telling them that their time had been wasted. How rude! Obviously no one is trying to waste anyones time and the fact that the app doesn’t allow for any changes to instructions after the order is placed played a large part in the issue. Regardless of these issues there was no need for rudeness from the delivery person or for the store employee to tell me it was taken care of when it clearly was not. I am quite upset and disappointed in this service and if I could I would remove the tip given to the driver for the 7 minute drive to the delivery site. I’d say if you can skip using delivery do it because the service is terrible.

Food is great...but the RESTROOM is very nasty just going to wash my hands ruined my experience...someone pay that late arrival employee office o clean it as punishment...
This is my favorite subway location! It is so clean and organized and the ladies working there are all so nice and very quick to prepare your order. Lilly is super nice and sweet and prepares your meal perfectly to your liking! I will always come to this location anytime I’m in the area.
