Ordered two footlongs online at 11:30, and was told they'd ready of 11:55 on the website. My wife arrived at 12, asked about my order, the worker responded that he was gonna make the orders of all the people who were coming in first. She had to wait over 20 minutes for two footlongs that had been order a half hour ago. He also forgot to toast the sandwiches. Ridiculous. We'd have been better off not ordering online.

HORRIBLE customer service. Worst I've experienced. Manager was absolutely no help. Customer satisfaction should be #1 priority, but greed is why your business will fail. Never using this location again.

So my only real complaints are.
1. When they fold the sandwich they don’t use a knife, instead they use their hands (with gloves on) and tuck in the ingredients inside. They need to use a knife instead of fingering my sandwich, I’m sick and tired of seeing it. The knife is right there just use it to tuck it in not your damn fingers.
2. They don’t toast the bread completely, they will put your sandwich in the oven and stop it before it goes off and that annoys the crap outta me. Plus if you have chicken or some other cold meat it does not cook the meat or warm it up enough.
Fix these 2 things and it’ll be a perfectly good subway.
