It’s Wednesday which is Meatball Marinara Sub of the day.
As I’m about to check out, the employee tells me it’s $15.03 when the sub of the day combo is $10.81. I told him it’s Wednesday and this is the special, the kid employee tried to brush it off by saying, “oh it’s because that’s for the 6in.” I told him it’s on the display that footlong is $3.00 up charge. Finally all he said was, “well that’s what the system is pulling up the total as, $15.03” I declined and left the store.
I’m not upset at the kid, I am more upset with the lack of training. I’m sure someone there could override the system to make the correction, but the whole interaction went sour. This is just unfortunate, Jersey Mikes has won my business indefinitely.

Rude lady working in the front she don’t want you to grab anything unless you buying then she say she cannot exchange a medium drink to a small because they get in trouble if they do it un satisfactory service by that lady don’t know her name but she wise lady Hispanic salvadorian something like that
The lady making my sandwich was incredibly rude. After putting 6 slices of olives, 4 slices of bell pepper and 4 slices of onion, ON A FOOTLONG, refused to add more of anything while repeatedly stating “only 6 per sandwich” at me until I gave up. I will never return to this location and can’t understand how they’re even open. it’s a huge rip off compared to the same $12 I could spend at Jimmy John’s, cheba hut, Jersey mikes or anywhere else that they let you actually customize a sub. I honestly considered leaving the sandwich and walking out but I was limited on time and couldn’t go elsewhere. I haven’t been to subway in years and now I remember why.

I feel terrible and sick, I had a sandwich and drink. The machine had fruit flies on it which should have been a red flag that they don't clean well. I'm at work trying to get through. Never going back to subway bs.

The people who work here do not give good service are angry and speak badly they force you to buy something to be able to allow the bathroom to be used. Personally, I do not think it is Sabway policy to treat customers like this.
