I placed an online order during my lunch at work for a cheesy garlic steak sandwich with extra peppers, onions and cheese sause. I went picked it up and returned to work and when I opened the sandwich all it had on it was steak and garlic aioli.... no cheese sauce,peppers or onion all of which I asked for extra on. I called and she asked me to come back so she could fix it. I told her I don't have time to come back I'm at lunch and my time is up. She then asked if I could come in the following day so she could make it right and I said yes. Well I went and she tried to give me a 6 inch to which I said I had a foot long. She responded with yes but it's free and I said I didn't get what I ordered yesterday, is that my fault or yours? She was upset but replaced it. When I got back to work there was hardly any steak or cheese on the sandwich. I will post a picture of the replacement sandwich. If this is how you make things right I will no longer be dinning in your establishment.

My sandwich was good I have a nice lunch here I ordered the B.M.T. and a drink, the lady that served my food was really nice, she told me the deals that was going on for the day which saved me money. Well be coming back soon

Employee's are really friendly and courteous, food was good, only reason I didn't put 5 star was cause of the amount of veggies and were not evenly spread thro the whole sandwich other than that great place. Will come back.

This subway location is the worst subway location in South Houston during the evening. I go very often during the day and the staff is nice and accurate with the servings. At night time the service is honestly trash and the representatives are not nice at all. It's honestly like they hate their jobs. I hate giving bad reviews but I have to because not only do they mess your order up if you order online, but they always close before they are supposed to or what's advertised. Again I mentioned before I go there often during the morning / lunch hours and it's literally night and day. I would not recommend you going in or ordering online beyond 4:30pm. I'm just saying I really know my food places and this one for any evening pick is absolute trash!

The owners of this subway must be going broke Although this location is very friendly, the employees don’t put the right amount of food on your sandwich. They tried to hide behind the metal thing and they Intentionally put less meat and the meat be broken all up when you ask for your veggies the older Hispanic lady intentionally puts three pickles on a foot-long that is beyond crazy alsoThey never have olives. The bread is hard uugghh Please do better. Next time I’m going to have them make the whole sandwich with EXTRA EVERYTHING and I’m going to leave it there. They’ll lose more money off that sandwich than I have by going there waste my money and time
