The young lady at the counter was really rude , I walked in at 4:32 pm with a great attitude , and left in a bad mood , she definitely needs some customer service training , I’ll never come back to this subway , she looked like she’s been smoking the devils lettuce , bad energy and vibes , I would rather go to Wendy’s next door and get the 5$ biggie bag

Food is good. Nicely filled out with toppings. So far no errors. Packed tidy in their sandwich wrapping. I also like their new app. Well new to me anyways. When confronted with choices or options I can end up in an "infinite loop" of decision making. So to avoid holding up the line for hours, I get all the planning done and make a preset order online, and by lunchtime all I have to do is pick it up. And at this particular store it has always been ready earlier than the predicted time shown in the app. Another bonus with the app is it tracks your points which you can redeem for discounts on future purchases.

The girls that work here in the evening are very bad with customers. They just talk to themselves when asked about my order. They just throw in stuff and fill the sub. Asked to change gloves and no response.

I drove out of my way to go to this location and they did not even have meatballs ready. I cant wait 15 minutes for them to cook. I dont plan on coming back to this location again. Sad you cant be ready to serve customers.
