They didn’t put any of the veggies or mayonnaise in my subway !!!! Are they stupid that they can’t follow instructions! I ordered my food online and they still messed it up!

I ordered my sandwiches online and went to pick them up, but the experience wasn’t great. It looked like they were training a new employee, and while there were three people working, the store was still a mess. It was dirty, they were out of tops for the drinks, and despite placing my order ahead of time, my food still wasn’t ready when I arrived.
The staff seemed polite, but they definitely need more training and support. Corporate really needs to check on this location because the employees are not being trained properly and the store upkeep is below standard.

Great customer service. Isaela and Lindsey are very kind and attentive with customers. I love the atmosphere everytime I come to this subway location. Highly recommend stopping by.

They don't always hear me and I can't always hear an understand the nice people working here but they've all been really nice when I'd go in. A couple times I'd go in to get something or just sit to wait on my Uber it feels safer than standing around in the dark.

The food and ingredients are great it's the bad service they provide. I get it was probably at the end of their shift but come on! I bad attitude and annoyed. Some ingredients were given poorly like they're paying for it

I love eeeee subway but.....today I went in for a wrap, kinda odd interaction....NONE of the 3 women spoke any english......the woman putting my wrap together was really skimping on putting the veggies on my wrap....like I had to ask 3 times for red onions b/ c she was putting like 3 little slivers on....lol.....like she was paying for them....WORST is when I checked out, even though the board said the turkey, bacon, avacado wrap was$ 8.59......they charged me $ 9.59 plus tax!!! I didn't even get the avacado.....bag looked dirty!!!.....thier was a woman in front of me claiming they over charged her too!!!!!! At this moment I will be skipping over this location!!!! People beware.......just saying!!!! At least one of the attendants needs to be able to communicate, and if prices went up....CHANGE YOUR BOARD!!!!!!

Disgusting, no restrooms available. The guy with glasses did not allow us to use the Rest room just because he tought we weren’t go to buy. He said that it was not available even for Customers which is worst! Then, sanitation conditios: very bad!
Literally my favorite subway location, the food is always fresh, the staff is very friendly, i came in with a big order today & alyson/manuel made the order very fast & was very patient and friendly! Keep up the good work guys!!!!!
