Today, service could have been better. I see they now hide all the meats from view. There was no freshwater made, looks like it hasn't been made in a while. Clerks were two people, the heavy chick served me this afternoon does not know how to make a sandwich. I use to work subway and we use to have order when putting veggie. I said everything no jalapeno and this chick proceeds to randomize it out. Imagine a salad in a container, shaking that box then pouring out the contents into a pile. That was my sandwich. When I get home to unwrap this mess, it opened like some kind of mutated lotus. Teach that girl that just because it's the same ingredients mashed up like it went through a pig trough, it's not going to taste the same. Depending on how you make it will determine the taste.

The business is always clean. When I enter no one was in line I stood at the counter. The employee stood in front of me .we stood their looking at each other. I waited and waited. No hello can I help you. Service was rush. After completing my order she ran in the back talking in Spanish to the lady in the back and started laughing . It’s to many Subway’s where I can take my business. I guess back to the Woodlands/ I45 Subway. They never let me down. Subway on Fm1960 Aldinewestfield bad service and the veggies taste water logged.
They were amazing. Even came and cleaned up my table after me as I sat there doing some work. Hospitality and cleanliness are top notch. They complained about it being slow, meaning they love to work/ working there! Thank you ladies! ???

The ppl here must be unhappy working here because they don’t want to help when asked questions about the app for their place of work very disappointing,and they should train their employees on their own app. This location I would not recommend. Also is wasn’t very clean. They had flies landing on the ingredients.. yuck!!
We asked if they still sold pizza and their response was very snobby then they kicked us out wouldn’t let us eat an hour before they close refused to give corporates number and the address and told me I can look on the receipt she doesn’t get paid for that asked for the ladys name she said wasn’t even clocked in even tho she was putting gloves on making our sandwiches and the other would not tell me her name and I was told it was Alison we asked for a manager and they said they didn’t know who the manager was because they were new

I'm not one to be negative, but Ester gave me the worst energy I ever gotten. I get it 9:25pm I come in y'all close at 10pm. You probably don't like working there, but come on ma'am that's not my fault. Seen her role her eyes as more people came in. Asked us what we wanted like it messed up her day. Will no longer be coming if this is the kinda staff they hire.
