I went in to buy a cup of ice for my Stanley , and the cashier was soo rude , I’m so confused if she was mad I asked to buy a cup of ice or I didn’t mind the charge , I literally had my card out waiting to pay and she just kept saying how it’s 2.91 .. I said cool , no problem and continues to tell me that there’s no small size , she was the only person in the store , I think there’s a language barrier that subway needs to look into . Cause that attitude will drive customers away

Charged me the wrong item and the higher amount , I asked to fix it and she argued so I was like whatever. Paid and took the food and won’t be back. If you make a mistake own it instead of getting defensive and argumentative.

Ordered on the App for pickup at 7:20p. I walked in and my food wasn't prepared, all the meat, bread and sides were all put away. They were closing even though the time says open until 9p. Then the staff told me there was no order. But after looking through their system it magically appeared. I had to wait for them to haul the ingredients out the back and make my order. This place sucks.

This is the best subway I have ever been to. Everything was extremely fresh. The vegetables were AMAZING. Inside is super clean and the staff is very respectful. Awesome Subway, may be the best in Houston, tough to tell. 10 out of 10. I have no complaints.

The lady was very stingy when she served the portions of meat and salads and was very unprofessional in rushing the customers. I did not feel comfortable with her treatment and in my case I will never return to that place again.

I come here due to the fact that it's the only place near me where I can stop and grab a quick bite. For whatever reason the customer service is always the same rude and nasty.
I choose to ignore it because it's life right?, but today specifically I went here to grab a quick lunch before a meeting I had to attend and ordered a sandwich and 2 cookies, upon asking for the cookies I asked if they can be heated up the lady then snatches the cookies out of my hands and puts them in the oven only to burn them, at first I thought maybe something was burning in the back, but when she handed me my cookies back they smelled burnt. When I asked if they can exchange it they were laughing about it. I always use mannerism when coming here. Sad to say not every work place has good work ethic.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a subway in all of the states that I travel to frequently. Not only were they rude, they refused to help me. It was distasteful, lacked professionalism, and overall a poor representation of the company. I’ll be sure to let my company know about this and we will remove subway from our list of places we enlist to cater events. How people are treated matters and they obviously do not care.

This subway was quick, polite, and gave me good recommendations on things to pick. Yes, subway is a chain, but this one was better than most. Very clean inside and friendly employees. Made me like subway a bit more overall. Spent $10 to get a pretty loaded sub.

Their recycling and trash are the same can, I found that funny, I put a pic of that in here too.
