the service and building was good and clean, the problem comes with the food. they didn’t have ANY flatbreads, soups, or olives. i got a salad because they didn’t have any flatbread, regular bread is too much bread for me. the lettuce and spinach was green and brown, cucumbers and tomatoes is soggy, and hardly had any peppers. as i was checking out, i asked for plastic ware because i wasn’t already given any. the lady states that they don’t have any. i asked if she could atleast chop my salad up and she denied my request.3/10 don’t recommend this location, it needs to shutdown. they don’t have the standards of a simple shop.

Went today to get a foot long and was told my the guy working that I couldn’t get more mayo because “they are watching him on camera and he will get fired” …. It’s mayo! Never had this issue with any subway before and I won’t be returning

This is my go-to place for lunch as it is very close to my workplace and inexpensive. I usually order a 6 inch tuna on Italian bread. The employees are friendly and most are bilingual. When I've tried to order the Mexicali sandwich from the new menu, though, some of the sandwich artists were confused and I had to tell them what to put on the sandwich. I'm always bummed when I see the fountain drink machine because the Hugo's Lemonade is perpetually out of order.Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options.

the people here are always rude and the portions are ridiculously small, Vicky was rude and my sandwich was undercooked and sloppy

The subway is very close to where I live so it’s very convenient but like other reviews they’re missing ingredients and one thing that I’ve noticed is they never have ice tea where is every other subway does is it just because they’re too lazy to make it?

Not kidding, probably the worst Subway in Houston possibly Texas. Staff is extremely rude, towards the end of the day they don't seem to have anything "available" , came for lunch at 11:45am with open sign on and both doors locked and people inside waving a finger at me as if I am not supposed to be there. Horrible lazy staff at a great location, shame. Subway forever lost a customer today.

So I'm shopping at Home Depot next door and I figure I'll stop in and have breakfast. It's 8am and the "Open" sign is on. I ask if they have egg. Girl behind counter says they don't serve breakfast. It's 8am and they don't serve breakfast???!! But I can order lunch but they don't have any chicken breast. It's like going to dinner at 6pm and the staff says they don't serve dinner.

I stopped here because it’s next to PetSmart and I needed a quick lunch option. There was very little meat on my sandwich, and they hardly put any amount of toppings on my sandwich either, even when I asked for more lettuce. The two workers there spoke very little English, which I’m sympathetic to, but I think at least one employee should be able to speak basic English to help customers.

Very rude and unprofessional! The lady was rushing me even thou they had just open with no line. Also I saw they was making fresh cookies so i wanted to wait for one of course . She told me I had to wait 30 mints for a fresh cookie that’s crazy . All of the Spanish speaking is very rude as we’ll. I understood every word luckily I was on my job and didn’t wanna come across the counter on the lady . RUDE RUDE !! ‘ MAL SERVICIO ‘ !!!!

5:33pm on Tuesday 03/08/22 there was no people working on the front. I stayed for 10 minutes, said hello, nobody answered, so I left. Never coming back.
