Horrible customer service!! The Subway has signs for the 6.99 meal, posted, but they are refusing to offer it to the patrons. I was turned away twice and told that they have another offer going and can not help. The employee and the female manger were both unapologetic and unhelpful. #Store 3584 needs to do better. No stars given, and will not return to the Subway located in the Walmart in Bellaire TX!! IF IT WOULD LET ME PUT ZERO STARS I WOULD!!

Came in and order the Titan Turkey sandwich. The guy only gave me 2x cheese, telling me you do not get extra meat just cheese. I tried to tell him you are suppose to get 33% more meat than the regular turkey sandwich and he did not agree. It clearly stats “33% more meat” on Subways site. I am livid and will not be coming back here. They do not know what they are doing here. I will be contacting corporate.

Only went in to get a large cup of ice the lady there said it would be $2.70 for ice. Fine I paid it just needed to put ice in my childrens new school cups I bought them and refill my own cup as well. After filling up my their cups mine was a little short so I went over to get some more of only ice (I thought subway had refills) and she literally starting waving me away saying dont do that. Like maam its only ice usually its free I paid your outrageous price of $2.70 now you want to say I cant get a little more of only ice! Crazy part is right outside the door I noticed Walmart sells huge bags of ice for only $2.33! What a rip off of subway esp to not be kind about a refill of ICEEEE. Literally its just water so rude wish I didnt even pay that for someone that nasty that sees your just trying to give your kids ice with their water. Do better subway and get rid of that lady.
