Horrible customer service!! The Subway has signs for the 6.99 meal, posted, but they are refusing to offer it to the patrons. I was turned away twice and told that they have another offer going and can not help. The employee and the female manger were both unapologetic and unhelpful. #Store 3584 needs to do better. No stars given, and will not return to the Subway located in the Walmart in Bellaire TX!! IF IT WOULD LET ME PUT ZERO STARS I WOULD!!

Came in and order the Titan Turkey sandwich. The guy only gave me 2x cheese, telling me you do not get extra meat just cheese. I tried to tell him you are suppose to get 33% more meat than the regular turkey sandwich and he did not agree. It clearly stats “33% more meat” on Subways site. I am livid and will not be coming back here. They do not know what they are doing here. I will be contacting corporate.

Only went in to get a large cup of ice the lady there said it would be $2.70 for ice. Fine I paid it just needed to put ice in my childrens new school cups I bought them and refill my own cup as well. After filling up my their cups mine was a little short so I went over to get some more of only ice (I thought subway had refills) and she literally starting waving me away saying dont do that. Like maam its only ice usually its free I paid your outrageous price of $2.70 now you want to say I cant get a little more of only ice! Crazy part is right outside the door I noticed Walmart sells huge bags of ice for only $2.33! What a rip off of subway esp to not be kind about a refill of ICEEEE. Literally its just water so rude wish I didnt even pay that for someone that nasty that sees your just trying to give your kids ice with their water. Do better subway and get rid of that lady.

The people who worked today on August 1st are the most unprofessional people I’ve encountered… not only the person making the good was taking long but also yelled in my face when I asked for my money back then quickly gave me my food I still demanded my money back but literally had no time of respect and kept denying and yelling

I ordered a meatball sandwich and the guy there asks like that, pointing at the picture I said yes because it was a meatball sandwich that he was pointing at, I didn’t notice they had added pepperoni and extra cheese to the meatball sandwiches until I saw the price and told him I always get 6in meatball sandwiches and it was never almost $7, he said I asked you like that, maybe that was my fault because I didn’t state again that I just wanted a meatball sandwich and he never said it had other add ons. I told him oh no my daughter doesn’t like pepperoni and he said “okay trash” and proceeded to pick it out of the sandwich and I told him you’re taking cheese out too with the pepperoni and he said “no same amount” I didn’t want to argue so I left it at that. Then he hands me the sandwich without offering a refund for the extra meat so I asked him to which he rolled his eyes and pointed $.75 for add ons I asked were there taxes on add ons and he rolled his eyes again so at this point I was fed up, he is always rude but I always let it slide, not this time, I told him you know what just give me a refund and he rudely said “no, no refund” I told him to give me a number to call and he just kept repeating no and said something about trash. So I sat down and tried to find a number to complain about his attitude and to get my refund and as I was doing that the lady that works with (not sure if it’s his wife) comes up behind me and says I can give you a refund or another sandwich, mind you this was almost 20-25 min later. I told her he is always rude and that I had submitted a complaint to the area manager but I don’t think I will get a response or solution after seeing that there has been several complaints on this guy and nothing has been done.

This subway inside of Walmart where do I begin first of all the man of the of this restaurant he’s very rude. He has a nasty attitude and he’s unclean. They’re supposed to wash their hands when they’re making our food and touching money so the protocol is if they’re dealing with money, they’re supposed to wash their hands, hands, sanitize their hands and then put on gloves, I’ve had a couple runs where with the gentleman where I’ve asked him to change his gloves because he’s touched money and then want to touch my sandwich. I think that is so disgusting. and when I tried to correct the gentleman he got mad so every time I come in, he always let the lady which is his wife do my sandwich. She’s the wife however I would request her because she’s clean she listens to you of what you want on your sandwich and she’s more friendly than he is. So beware coming to this location and if you want your sandwich made right request the lady.

I am a blind man. Wanted a sandwich before shopping. Cashier/manager said 25 minutes till bread will be done. Other customers left some waited. Bought a fountain drink and proceeded to wait at table. After several minutes and customers asking if bread was done, still saying 25 minutes. My wife purchased a premade sandwich from Walmart. Rude manager started yelling at m! Even though i am a paying customer. He told a blind person to read the sign. Asked if sign was in braille? He said yes even though it wasnt. He kept screaming that he was going to call security. I told him to call. He was afraid to call, probably because Walmart security would take my side

This owner and location is abusive to elderly people and those with a disability. He denies access to wheelchairs and walkers. The owner places obstacles in the way and aggressively yelled when I tried to move them to enter to order. It was during operating hours and only customers who could walk without mobility devices were allowed to enter. The the owner said wheelchairs and walkers were carts and we had to walk to get in. We had no cart. My mom is in a wheelchair chair and I use a walker. When we asked for accommodation to enter we were screamed at, "Get the hell outta here!" The owner is lazy, aggressive, rude, unprofessional and violates the law. What monster yells at a 86 year old woman in a wheelchair chair?! I wouldn't trust such a person to prepare my food. ROTTEN character leads to rotten food.

I'm a tuna footlong order every time. I don't normally visit this Subway inside Walmart for certain reasons, but I did on 2/16. They now cover so you can't see the meat items and the amount they put on your order, (I knew then I should've walked away but), I ordered tuna with cheddar, can't see them put that on either. When I could see the sandwich, as usual, very little tuna and cheese. This is why I don't like to frequent this subway, they give the bare minimum.
