This location lacks professionalism and customer service. They speak in Spanish to one another while charging extra for things that the app does not charge extra for. A side of sauce instead of sauce on the sandwich should not be extra. The BBB should be involved. This location definitely appears to have more hidden issues

This Subway has some of the worst service in fast food. First the service was so slow. No sense of urgency w people in line. Got charged extra on my sandwich and I noticed after I paid and sat down to eat. I went back up to ask and the worker is like I know what I’m doing and that’s correct. Didn’t even acknowledge me or try to explain to me after. Look at all the comments. This Subway is run pretty bad and I would stay away.

They never have ingredients, ovens been broken for over a week now. Nobody speaks English except for one person, I was ignored and not greeted…even in Spanish. There was no “hola” no hello. I asked for my meat and cheese to be microwave since the oven was broken and no one understood me-I was given the wrong bread and asked for a refund and was declined a refund and overall just a terrible experience I wasn’t greeted. My food was wrong. Did not even try to communicate in English or Spanish.

Hate to give bad reviews but this seems necessary. I just got a fountain drink and the Diet Coke had a weird off medicinal flavor. The fountain machine was dirty with a puddle infront.
I went back to tell the employee about the drink and the weird taste/flavor, and they did not speak proper English or understand me. I even used Google translate and that didn’t work.

It seems like the machine could be unsanitary and unsafe so I threw the drink away.

This store has a rundown appearance and vibe. Avoid.

They charged me for cheese on my 12 inch meatball sub. Not extra cheese. Just the cheese that was supposed to be included, they claim cheese is an additional charge on subs. Mind you I’m not talking about extra cheese. Just cheese lol. Please close this location and franchise down. It’s an embarrassment to subway.

There is more bread than toppings on their subs. Can’t believe how much less toppings they give now. Bad enough that subway has doubled their prices but they’ve significantly lowered the quality of their subs. So disappointing. Used to go 2 or 3 times a week. Meatball sub has tiny meatballs and almost no sauce. Asked for more sauce like the picture or even to cover some of the bread. The girl told me she could only give 2 tablespoons. Sandwich wasn’t even good. They used to have better quality toppings and there was value. For a $11 sandwich would think it would at least taste good. Wish I’d taken photos of the dry mostly bread sandwich. They were about to close so we’re just going to throw the sauce out anyway.

I have the worst experience every single time I go here. I work near by so I stopped by to grab lunch. The lady there is making my sandwich and putting the veggies on then tells me it will be $.50 per veggie AFTER putting the veggies on my sandwich. Then she tells me she can remove it. Why the hell am I going to subway and having to pay $.50 per veggie. That is absolutely ridiculous. Apparently they don't have the custom sandwich from
now on. RIDICOLOUS. And last time I went, I got accused of not paying AFTER showing my bank account and letting them know that the purchase went through. Their system was lagging so they were gonna make ME pay AGAIN!But I stood my ground!! She had the audacity to tell me that I can call customer service for a refund! RIDICULOUS! Then the lady was whispering in spanish saying “ Its gonna be in her conscience if shes lying”!! These people are absolutely horrible and give the worst service. I am never getting subway EVER AGAIN!!

Just went in there today trying to get some food before this freeze and the older lady she was very rude! Her attitude was too much. I don’t know, but her customer service is trash! I talked to a couple of my other co-workers and she’s been rude to them as well! Someone need to talk to her before they lose all their customers.
