I recently had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I stopped by to pick up a footlong sandwich for my elderly mother, who was with me and holding a closed stroller with my small dog inside (fully zipped and covered). There was only one employee working—handling cleaning, taking orders, making sandwiches, and managing payments—while the store had a line, including a family with children running around. Despite the obvious understaffing and general disorganization (tables were messy and the drink fountain was leaking), the staff member focused instead on questioning me about my dog. In the middle of taking my order, she abruptly asked whether my dog was a service animal and demanded to see “paperwork,” which is not legally required. I explained that I was simply picking up food to go, and that my dog was contained and not affecting anyone. The employee insisted that dogs are not allowed in the store at all, even in strollers, and spoke to me and my elderly mother in a very dismissive tone. I’ve visited many other Subway locations with my small dog in a stroller and have never encountered an issue. The way we were treated at this location was unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. We ended up leaving without placing our order due to the staff member’s attitude and misinformation. I hope management addresses this situation and ensures employees are trained on appropriate customer service and ADA guidelines regarding service animals.

I walked into the store to get a sandwich on Monday, September 1, 2025 at 4:48pm. There was a sign on the door that stated, “Labor Day Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm. When I walked in, the person behind the counter, Vanessa said the store was closed. I asked why. She said because of the Holiday. I said, yes the store closes at 5:00pm. It’s 4:50pm, you have 10 minutes to make my sandwich. She said well, I’m not because I’ve already shut down my serving line and I have to be out of here by 5:00pm. I asked, “so you’re closing the store early?” Then I asked for the name and contact information for the manager. She refused to provide the information. She stated that I could return to the store the next day between the hours of 8:00am-9:00am and speak with the manager but she wasn’t giving me anything. I stayed my request was reasonable. She stated that she would call security if I didn’t leave! As if I was doing anything wrong patronizing an establishment I eat from all of the time (not this location, and of course I’ll NEVER return either) I was embarrassed because there was a customer in line she was already assisting. This could’ve all been avoided had she not closed the store sooner than she was supposed to. If the hours of operation stated until 5:00pm, my 4:48pm arrival time should’ve been no problem at all. Instead, I was embarrassed and disrespected and treated as if I was a criminal. Not a great representative for Subway! Zero stars for Vanessa and 1 star for hiring someone to represent your brand like that, Subway. Do better!

Foot long cookie is not the same as regular cookies , do not recommend. Plus you get about 4 cookies worth for twice the price . Also against health code but they deny a cup for water. Tuna is questionable freshness. Service with an attitude . Miss 90s Subway!

Every other subway has always been amazing with the 6.99 offer regardless of what I order lady does not know the rules or is just weird but dint want to give us the discount ok that’s fine then we get a sandwich from the menu and says that we cant add anything els but tomatoes and mayo.. never heard a subway every tell me this and then proceeds to say that everything else is extra …. Never have I ever had this many issue in a subway before super rude as a Latina Spanish speaker she talks to you in Spanish if she wants and talk to you in English when she feels like it super super rude was going to eat there and enjoy with my dad until she came with such a strong attitude acting like we either can’t pay for our meals or she does now know the rules for offers very unprofessional. Food was mediocre at best veggies where black we were going to leave but coming from a long day of work eat is all you want to do only reason I got it if not would’ve never payed for that food. Never coming to this subway again.
Place was dirty . Got charged extra for cheese and veggies first time in subway history hope the rude lady gets fired because she does not deserve a job the way she treats customers

The staff is always great but I'm giving only three stars because of the consistent choice for the owners/managers to opt out of online specials that literally every other location I've ever been to decide to participate in. This really hinders my desire to come to this location and instead go to a location closer to home rather than work. Added note, the employees confirm that they do in fact receive their tips.

I ordered a salad, that was great. I asked to use the restroom and they proceeded to tell me no because they just cleaned it. It was 8 pm and the store didn’t close until 9 pm. Not to mention I’m 6 months pregnant. Shame on you all!! Horrible service. Change the crew.

This location lacks professionalism and customer service. They speak in Spanish to one another while charging extra for things that the app does not charge extra for. A side of sauce instead of sauce on the sandwich should not be extra. The BBB should be involved. This location definitely appears to have more hidden issues

This Subway has some of the worst service in fast food. First the service was so slow. No sense of urgency w people in line. Got charged extra on my sandwich and I noticed after I paid and sat down to eat. I went back up to ask and the worker is like I know what I’m doing and that’s correct. Didn’t even acknowledge me or try to explain to me after. Look at all the comments. This Subway is run pretty bad and I would stay away.

They never have ingredients, ovens been broken for over a week now. Nobody speaks English except for one person, I was ignored and not greeted…even in Spanish. There was no “hola” no hello. I asked for my meat and cheese to be microwave since the oven was broken and no one understood me-I was given the wrong bread and asked for a refund and was declined a refund and overall just a terrible experience I wasn’t greeted. My food was wrong. Did not even try to communicate in English or Spanish.

Hate to give bad reviews but this seems necessary. I just got a fountain drink and the Diet Coke had a weird off medicinal flavor. The fountain machine was dirty with a puddle infront.
I went back to tell the employee about the drink and the weird taste/flavor, and they did not speak proper English or understand me. I even used Google translate and that didn’t work.

It seems like the machine could be unsanitary and unsafe so I threw the drink away.

This store has a rundown appearance and vibe. Avoid.

They charged me for cheese on my 12 inch meatball sub. Not extra cheese. Just the cheese that was supposed to be included, they claim cheese is an additional charge on subs. Mind you I’m not talking about extra cheese. Just cheese lol. Please close this location and franchise down. It’s an embarrassment to subway.
