You need to train your employees better on the POS system. Every time I have gone to this Subway I have ordered a Build Your Own Roast Beef, and every time they ring it up as the more expensive Garlic Roast Beef, probably because that's the first thing they see on the POS pad that mentions roast beef. It's getting annoying. Subway's prices have already inflated ridiculously in the last few years, I don't need to be charged for something I didn't order on top of it.
I work nearby and order at this subway at least once a week. I’ve been doing that for over two years. Ana and Mary are the best sandwich makers ever! Not only that, they are kind, patient and forgiving. (Sometimes my order can try anyone’s patience:/ ) But I know what I like and so do they. There are other subways in the area but this is my fav. Try the breakfast black forest ham with egg spinach tomato and onion and light mayo and mustard. Ana and Mary have it down pat.

Told them 3 times what I wanted on the subway. Well, guess what. When I got home the sandwich was a mess-just bread, mayo, and olives-no cheese or protein. Will not go back.
