You need to train your employees better on the POS system. Every time I have gone to this Subway I have ordered a Build Your Own Roast Beef, and every time they ring it up as the more expensive Garlic Roast Beef, probably because that's the first thing they see on the POS pad that mentions roast beef. It's getting annoying. Subway's prices have already inflated ridiculously in the last few years, I don't need to be charged for something I didn't order on top of it.
