Subway on Chimney Rock has terrible service, they don't speak English and they're service is awful, I was there 2 hours ago and wouldn't go back to that store.

Multiple times I’ve came at 9:20-9:30 and they’re closed . Lady is inside but the doors are locked and sign and google says they close at 10. Such a waste of gas

Service lacks and I am being KIND!2 ladies were working the counter. I was the only customer. never got a greeting or we will be right with you - was never acknowledged and when I asked why no one could take my order - they claimed there were 2 orders in front of me! There was NO ONE IN THE STORE! It’s a shame how people gettreated but expect “respect” in return.I will never come back- no wonder it’s never busy!

I decided to go to the subway for lunch and the minute I tried stepping in, I get locked out! The lady was saying in Spanish that they were closed and aren’t taking anymore orders, that wouldn’t been a problem if it weren’t for the fact that they open literally two hours ago and have other people inside. I suggest taking your business elsewhere if you don’t want them to be disrespectful and then pick favorites on who gets to eat there. Wasted my time just walking there and back from work.

Only 1 girl working on a Friday at 5pm, I ordered online and they didn’t toast my sub. Not sure if toaster wasn’t working or if she just ignored the online order.Won’t be coming back to this subway location

If I could give this place a zero, I most certainly would! I often wondered why there are no customers late evening. I found out first hand! The worker who was there this evening had the attitude from HELL! I repeated my order four times and she still got it wrong. I attempted to repeat it for the fifth time, when she snatched the bread off the prep table and slung it in the trash. I told her to forget it and walked out! I will never visit this location again and I do mean NEVER! If she doesn't like her job, then maybe she is in the wrong business. She needs to remember that customer service os EVERYTHING!

Nothing against the employee working today. But it’s ridiculous to just have one employee run the whole store! It takes way too long to come in and get a sub.I tried to come in an hour ago as well and 4-5 people waiting. So decided to come back later and still a very long wait because only one worker.And this has been this way every time I have tried to come here. And I live in the neighborhood behind. But this place is so inconvenient to come to.If think you only need one employee because your sales are slow. Then maybe add another employees and orders will be completed quicker and people will come back more frequently.

The sandwich was good, but the staff was not friendly. They don't welcome you, or even bother to smile or thank you for doing business with them. The first thing in business is GET (Great, Engage, Thank). Why did I give a tip? Because I felt it was the right thing to do. Maybe they were having a bad day.
