I ordered online, got there before it was made, preparer wouldn't change out bread, said they count the bread, ...just didn't want to do it! Lettuce looked old and brown. Stood in front of her andNever asked me what I wanted in my sandwich.Not coming back here

I am here niw but store is closed . And this place too slow and waiting time is too long . I came several time a week but worker is one person in the store .

1 day after eating here I have watery stools, upset stomach, very nauseous, and physically weak. I had to leave work because of feeling ill. I honestly feel I ate something bad from this subway and possibly got food poisoning.

If I could leave zero stars I would! I tried calling and no one answered per usual, but could pick up the phone to hang it up. I come here to get something to eat before work only to get told they are closed. The door says they close at 10, mind you I got here at 846. I tried getting the ladies attention, but she tried acting as though she didn't see me. Then I tried knocking on the door, the lady ignored me. So I knocked on the door again for her to finally say we're closed!

We have come here twice at 8:30pm this week. Sign says open, opening hours until 10pm, but the lady locked the door and ignored us.

You guys are constantly understaffed. There will be a long line but only ONE worker & now we are waiting almost an hour for our orders. I placed an online order & watched as everybody who walked in had their order made before mine & I placed my order WAY before they came. This is outrageous.

My usual stop for Subway fast service (except today) as everyone had to wait on a grandma that kept changing her mind for four sandwiches a usual 2 1/2 minute order took almost 10 minutes? The worker and I both have a sigh of relief once the lady finally left !
Pulled up at 9:35 thankful to not have a line like the other drive through only for the man inside to tell me that it's closed. Why not have the door locked? ? Business hours on the door say they close at 10pm....

It says closes at 10pm on Sundays. It is 6pm and the door is locked, you can obviously see one person inside. They ignored my knocking on the door. One other person was there waiting for them also. Had to go to a different one down the road because I still needed to get food for coworkers, making me late to work. If it says closes at 10pm, you should be there working until 10pm.
