never again i put in an order at 11:50am said it would be ready by 12:10pm. i got there and the lady said it would be be another 10 minute wait. i waited and waited took another 30min. ridiculous. wont be coming back to this location.

Unfortunately they didn’t toast my sandwich long enough times to be warmed!!!
I didn’t not enjoy my sandwich!!!
Very disappointing.
Also bread did not looked fresh.
They used the old 🥖 from the day before too. !!!

How hard is it to read simple instructions to put a sandwich together? If you can’t simply do that you do not need to work there. It was 2 male workers. Absolutely ridiculous. If you can’t read don’t hire. Need to hire those who understand English as well it shouldn’t be hard to ask for things. Let alone have your whole order not even be correct. Worst experience I’ve ever had . Let’s do better .

This is the 2nd time this month and it’s only the 6th of November my order is wrong. Even when ordering in person, I get attitude from both ladies, they ignore you as you’re speaking with them. It’s always a challenge to get my food made the way I asked. I tried not coming in the store and ordering in door dash. Worst mistake. It’s like the made the sandwich the way they felt it needed to be made. Not at all what I ordered. I try giving this location the benefit of doubt, but every time? I work in an office with over 50 employees, they all have had the same complaint. It’s the lack of customer service to the lack of quality put into making the order. I understand there are language barriers, but even when kindly explaining what I’d like, the women have given me attitude and completely disregard anything I’ve asked for.

today was kind of interesting first I placed the order at the wrong location leading me here. Secondly, everything was OK until it came across a person in need as a person that's going through their journey with God and getting closer to him I feel like it was necessary to help that person because they were hungry, but what turned me off about the location is when one of the Hispanic male employee decides to debate with me on helping someone Stating to me that he will get in trouble by his balls and that they will start camping around the store and I was explaining to the man people are going to do what they want regardless and far as they're camping out that is a city problem ... but he kept stating his concerns and what he feel and believe so I just ended it as in. I'm not returning to this location and if I feel like a person need help and is in me to help, I will do so all I know is that we needs better employees who care about their customers and their community and not just money

I would give zero stars if there was an option I made a mobile order for this location and my sandwich was made 100% incorrectly as if it someone else’s order and do not waste your money on either the churro or the pretzel taste freezer burnt and old as well as the cookies in a 6 pack were burnt…don’t waste your money at this locations I contacted customer support about my complaint after spending 20 dollars for food I didn’t even eat because it had topping I’m allergic to on my sandwich and all I got was a apology DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY what a company horrible customer service!!!!

I walk in this restaurant around 1:15PM on June 17, 2024 doing my lunch break. The cashier was ringing up 2 customers that was together the second young lady is sweeping the area where the food is made. I'm looking at the menu not one time did the young lady sweeping greet me. I watch this young lady swept form the register to the back of the store still no one greets me. Once at the back of the store she continues to do whatever it may have been she was doing in the back leaving a customer standing waiting to place an order.I stand there about another 3 to 4 minutes waiting for someone to greet me and take my order. I end up walking out this place has poor customers service. I work in the same strip as this Subway. They will no longer be receiving my service.
