We visited this store and encountered an issue with the staff’s hygiene practices. A female employee was preparing another customer’s order and had just touched pork, so I politely asked her to change her gloves for my sandwich. I had to repeat my request twice because she didn’t respond the first time. When she finally did respond, it was in a dismissive and rude manner, simply saying, “Okay, I heard you, I’m done.” We decided to leave the store due to this experience.

Don’t go to this location and you will be glad you didn’t. There are much better locations less than a mile away. I went a couple times the same week and they only have 2 types of bread and out of most toppings. They always seem like they have high turnover and take forever to make an order.

I arrived at this store after a long trip from Dallas, this store has a BAD service! A terrible atmosphere, terrible customer service, rude employees, they were in a bad mood or maybe they were having a bad day and that’s why the result of their service! I would never return to this specific store, the one delicious thing as always is the food. 😀

The staff is CONSISTENTLY RUDE - The past five visits they have been out of lettuce, pickles and had ONLY white bread. The staff is so rude blaming others for their ineptness on the job.

They need to change staff. The ladies if I can call them that are extremely disgusting attitude. I can't see behind the counter which is concerning. Why treat customers this way? HIRE NEW STAFF!! This location is clean but horrible staff that doesn't belong in this industry.

Just bad customer service with attitude. After I had delivered the order the customer called me stating that she should get a footlong sandwich, but she got only 6 inch sandwich

Today, I ordered an All American Club sandwich from your location at 1605 S. Post Oak via the Subway app. When I received the sandwich, it was missing mayo, which I initially overlooked. However, upon taking a bite, I realized I had consumed raw bacon. Concerned, I immediately called the location to report the issue, only to encounter a staff member—possibly a supervisor or manager—who was extremely dismissive and rude.

She informed me that I should “just warm up the sandwich” because the ovens weren’t working. When I asked for clarification on why food that needed to be heated was being served if the ovens were out of service, she responded that I should have noticed that the “toasted” option wasn’t available. I have never requested toasting on a sandwich with bacon before, as the bacon is typically cooked by default.

I understand that mistakes happen, but the way this issue was handled was unacceptable. Rather than being offered a refund or a corrected sandwich, I was told to fix the problem myself. If I had the means to cook bacon myself, I wouldn’t have paid $25 for a Subway meal.

I am concerned about the potential health risk I faced today and am disappointed with the response I received. I hope to see this matter resolved appropriately.

I have reported to all resources and I will not back down until it’s rectified.

The attitude and customer service are terrible. The person at the front desk (I don't know how to describe her without offending her) has a dreadful attitude. I was a frequent customer, but until they change that staff, neither I nor anyone from my office who has experienced the same situation will return.

The reason I give 3 stars on atmosphere is because parking here sucks. The lot is super tiny, and if you go during lunch rush on a weekday, good luck. It’s always a mad house. The sandwiches are always good though, so I order on the app for pickup and just avoid the line when I go. I definitely recommend doing that. It is kind of awkward though since there’s not a spot to stand for pick up orders

Not sure how long this review will stay before it's paid to be removed.

Wish I could give a negative star for their service.

Recently Houston suffered from hurricane Beryl. Many restaurants still haven't opened. Today I tried to call this place before lunch to make sure they were open. I called multiple times with no answers. I checked online and they were open but I wasn't sure if the online info was accurate. I came to the store anyways, thinking maybe they were just really busy. Well, I was the only customer and two employees were chatting behind the counter. I tried to call again to make sure their phone worked. It did ring. So I asked, "So you guys don't pick up phone calls?" One employee stared at me while the other shaked her head. I thought, Ok, maybe they just didn't take phone orders. I ordered two sandwiches and was ready to pay. The employee who shaked her head said, "With your attitude, next time we won't take your order!" I was shocked. I asked, "Excuse me? What did I do or say? What did you mean by my attitude?" No answer. I asked the employee who stared at me, "Is she the manager or the franchisee?" No answer. I said, "I want the franchisee's phone number." Another employee came out from the back and said, "We don't have the franchise's phone number. Go search online."

All I wanted was to check if the restaurant was open. I guess I don't deserve their service.

Also, have you ever wondered the reason a person leaves a 5-star review for a fast food restaurant? "The price was fair. 5-star!" Wait, aren't all Subway restaurants priced the same or similar? That deserves a 5-star???
