Never felt more mistreated in my life going into a business and having a terrible experience there cos I had needed a refund due to my tooth ache with a very inflamed nerve I nicely asked for a refund and coldly told no it made my blood burn and I felt very mistreated

I came to this location while they were open and the doors were locked and people are hiding in the back. Also the doors says closed at 10pm
Not recommended employee is very rude one entrance is closed but no sign to use another door I was knocking and employee watching me from inside not giving me any sign to use another door I figured out and made my entry employee started talking rudely so I told her not to talk to me like that she telling me I don’t talk your language may be because I am Indian I talk fluent English do not go here and waste your money and get this type of customer service

Ordered 4 sandwiches with multigrain bread on 25th, they gave me flat bread, I’m elergetic to white bread. I would never go or recommend this store to anyone, it was really a very bad experience. Please avoid this store they won’t even give proper quantity of meat.

The customer service used to be really bad and it seems there is a recent ownership change and the quality of service became better. Please fix your phone number in your app and Google map though. It is ridiculous to have wrong number in your own app.

I arrived at 9:15 PM today (Tuesday, July 1, 2025), well before the posted closing time of 10 PM, only to find the main door locked. I tried another entrance – also locked. After waiting outside, a staff member eventually acknowledged me but didn’t come over right away. When I finally got in and mentioned I was just there to pick up an online order, I was met with a rude facial expression and a dismissive hand gesture. That kind of attitude lost me instantly. If you're going to post closing times, respect them – and treat your customers with basic courtesy.

I frequent this Subway quite often since it’s conveniently located next to my workplace. It’s an easy go-to for lunch or a quick break, which I truly appreciate. However, I find myself continually disappointed by the customer service at this location.
It’s a bit surprising how reluctant the staff can be when it comes to something as simple as adding a few extra veggies—or even ensuring there’s a reasonable amount of meat in a wrap. When a customer points out that there are only a few small pieces of chicken in their sandwich, the appropriate response probably shouldn’t be frustration or indifference.
Requesting extra lettuce or cucumbers shouldn’t feel like I’m asking for a favor or committing a crime. I wasn’t aware the ingredients were being supplied out of pocket.
Subway is a brand I genuinely enjoy, which is why it’s so unfortunate that the experience at this location feels consistently unwelcoming. A little kindness and willingness to make sure customers are happy with their order would go a long way. After all, we’re just trying to enjoy our lunch—not negotiate for it.
No effort into making the sandwiches the amount of toppings forget about it, you will eat nothing but bread just horrible service.
Update: second time coming to this location and Alina one of the employees puts no effort at all grabs about 3 toppings and moves on doesn’t even bother to spread them out just horrible she don’t come to this location if you want shitty service.

No ice machine, no soft drink machine, single serve fridge was empty, no tomatoes, no cucumbers did not had the new hot and honey sandwich, no spinach. At this point why even bother on opening this place

Went to the subway after I got off of work. I’m in my work uniform. Employee is sitting down on her phone. She didn’t get up and acknowledge me. All she did was say hey. I asked what she opened. She said yes. Still did not get up out of her seat. I guess because I’m a black woman and not a white woman or a white person. This is why I did not get acknowledged. Nor did my order to get taken a Black people stay away and do not go to the subway. And it’s really funny because the lady who is sitting down is a Spanish person and they do prejudice. I’m sitting outside. I see a white woman going in right now. And as I expected. She got immediately out of her seat and assisted the white woman.

What kind of stupid management hires employees who doesn’t speak English. When I was explaining them how I couldn’t place the order online they just walked off. Very rude and unprofessional. Atleast hire people who speak English and train them to do their job properly.

Doordash scams. The delivery person ran away with my order and subway doesn’t answer my call.

I'm glad the workers are rude, These Customers Deserve it! One time some begging woman was in there telling the workers that they would be deported.
Clearly the workers are stressed. And the owners don't care. The owners have not fixed the drink machine in months. They don't care; they still make a profit.
