The lady at the counter was really rude. I was ordering with my brother but I think she thought we were ordering separately? She got upset and told my brother to speak for me because I didn't know anything. She also did not let me customize my sandwich and told me I could only chose from the numbers on the board. I wanted roast beef and she told me the wrong sandwiches had roast beef. I didn't want to make a scene so I chose the menu items she kept pushing on me. She also kept giving us dirty looks. Definitely not going back to this location.

The short Hispanic lady with thick eyebrows and red lipstick is extremely rude. Just got a sub and was going back and forth with me on the type of cheese I wanted on it when I clearly told her shredded. She acts like she doesn't hear. She needs to get written up or fired.

The worst Subway I've ever been too. Out of bread. Out of cheese. Out of meats. Out of freaking salt and pepper. Speak no English. Sloppy sandwich. Garbage location. Would post zero stars if I could.

Workers are very rude. First when you walk in there isn’t any formal greeting. Next I understand orders come in online however to not acknowledge your standing customers in line speaks volumes. Now one person could have been getting us out of the way while the other worked on the online orders. Subway please retrain your staff on proper customer service etiquette.

I ordered a Philly Cheese steak sandwich. The associate began fixing my sandwich and expressed the fact that I hadn't chosen my vegetables. I was rudely advised that I should had seen the list of ingredients that came with the sandwich. I expressed that I didn't want any, raw, onions on my sandwich, but I was rudely advised that I didn't have a choice to leave the, raw, onions off my sandwich. I was also informed that I didn't say I didn't want onions. While Ms. Associate saying this she continued to fix the sandwich. I choose not to respond and walked out. I refuse to argue with anyone about anything that I purchase. Just is not going to happen.
