I ordered two footlong sandwiches and asked for extra mayo on one sandwich. I was told no and when I said that I would pay extra for the mayo, I was again told no and she slammed my sandwich shut and just walked to the register. Additionally, the store had a sign that stated by two footlong sandwiches get one 1/2 off. The lady working also did not allow me to get that offer.

When I walked in, a worker was on the floor stocking chips and didn't even know I was in the store, the person who prepared my sandwich acted as if I was disturbing her.

The “store manager Ana seems to not want to add a put Tuna on my sandwich. And their cashier system is all of a sudden “down”. Spent over 20 minutes for nothing and watched two customers leave because they don’t wanna be at work.

First I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes no one answered. I proceeded to go inside to order my food. Once inside the staff only spoke Spanish and did not understand my questions about if the drive thru was open. A customer had to translate. This was frustrating because all i wanted to do was order food and go. They were able to understand the name of the food items but that's about it!! I recommend hiring bilingual staff or have someone there who can translate for the employees and customers.

Does anyone have corporate number? I’m calling them and ICE because they always rude, don’t speak English and put the sandwiches together sloppy like they done want to work. They closed a hour early. Says 9pm and they closed at 8. Called before coming they just pick up and hang up

The two ladies they have working at this location. Do not seem like they want to work at all. Pulled up to the drive-through Friday when I got off workwhich I seen the sign lit up that says drive-through open waited for a while. Nobody ever said anything. Honked yelled and ignored me.. Then, when I walked inside, one girl looked at me and rolled her eyes and just kept talking on her phone she is the shorter one that was in there today also and did not want to take my order. Today When I ask for what I want, she just looks at me and shakes her head no so I’m like are you out? She says yes so I walked out. When I finally got my food the other day, it was delicious really good. It was just harder than should’ve been to get the order. I don’t see how managers let employees act like that if you don’t wanna be at work, stay home You’re running off customers and the person that pays you is losing money. That’s never OK. But I found a good location down the street that we’re perfectly happy to take my order just look at all the bad reviews. How does Subway allow this? At some point you have to start pulling flags when people are making y’all look this bad and don’t care about anything.

Worse subway experience ever, I ordered it through the app 2 foot long sandwiches one for a grilled chicken and the other one was for a roasted beef. I failed my sandwich however I like as always by the way I eat Subway couple times every week so I’m always used to it and I’m always used to the prices and everything there. And as a former restaurant employee I know that there are a certain servings that every branch for any food restaurant chain fill up their sandwiches and meals with this one was horrible with that they have very little amounts from everything against another branches that they will fill the sandwich Regularly the one that made my sandwich her name was Anna and she claimed that she were the manager. She didn’t fill my sandwich with the right ingredients as I ordered in the app and she missed a lot of stuff and whenever I ask why didn’t you add the cheddar cheese sauce? She was like you need to pay extra for that, I was like I paid for that order through the app so I don’t care what’s the pricing for your stuff here is because I placed this order through the app and I paid through it so it’s not my responsibility beside since when subway are charging extra charges for sauces and she was too mad on me. Very bad attitude talking on the phone in Spanish ignoring just whatever I was saying to her.

PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR TOTAL BECAUSE YOU ARE VERY LIKELY OVERPAYING!

Have been to this location several times and each time I have gone to buy two $5 breakfast meal deals. $5 for a breakfast sandwich, orange juice, and a cookie. The total with taxes should be $10.83.

The women working did not understand me when I asked in English and when I said it in Spanish they were surprised and acted like they never heard of it even though there is a huge sign on their window explaining it.

Each time they tried to charge me over $12 because the cookies are NOT being discounted. Even though that is not that much, I don’t think you should be paying for something that you should be getting as part of the price.

First time they fixed it and I paid $10.83 for my 2 sandwiches, juices, and cookies. Today I went and they said there was nothing that could be done and the $12+ was the price I had to pay. I told them I was not paying extra for cookies that are supposed to be included with my meal and frustrated told them to take the cookies out if they were going to charge me for them. They took the cookies out. Even though I paid the $10.83 for 2 breakfast meal deals, I only got 2 sandwiches and juices.

This location is completely unorganized and even though it’s the closest to me I won’t be back. In addition to all of this, each time I’ve tried to use the drive thru window it seems like no one is there. Open sign doesn’t get turned on consistently. Eggs are not defrosted in time so they have to put them in the microwave making the consistency chewy. Flat bread was hard and not soft. They didn’t have shredded cheese. Also not sure if it’s true but they said no aguas frescas on the weekend which makes no sense to me.

Avoid this place at all costs. Go to the one on Old Spanish Trail instead.

I place an on the app, ready in-store pickup. Got there went in stated I had a pickup one lady were assisting a customer the other Spanish woman walked up to front and threw my order on the counter and walked away....very rude service
