Ordered 2 footlongs today. Got home and realized the bread was stale, there were hardly any veggies and both were drowning in mustard, mayo. Beware of the BOGO coupon, they are using it to get rid of crappy food. Second location to make bad mobile orders. Subway sucks now. They used to make delicious, fluffy sandwiches.

Yesterday, May 16, at 4 in the afternoon, I went shopping and I only ate half of the sandwich that I ordered was pure ham with vegetables and I was waiting for the other half when I got off work and a metal staple came out in my vegetables and I I was drowning and of course I'm going to report it to the city health department.

I don't like the customer service here the lady just finished my sandwich and wrapped it up and didn't ask did I want salt and pepper and vinegar, one day she gave me a old stale ahhh cookie ? I'll start going to the one on black hawk until y'all hire someone else...oh yeah the Doritos was stale af ? ...that Mexican lady with the short hair got a funky attitude...they act like they don't want to be bothered or I need to hurry up and get my sandwich and leave them alone ?

I Went There Tonight And The Lady With A Black Mask Working There Wouldn't Even Open Up The Door And Give Me My Pick Up Order She Just Stayed Behind The Counter Looking At Me And It Was Only 8:30 So Tragically I Paid For My Food Through The App But Never Received My Food... Definitely Calling The Manager In The A.M And I Got It On Video SmFH!!! IM GONE SHAKE SUMN UP IN THAT PLACE???
Vegetables were cut yesterday or day before, frozen then just set out to serve. Only got a few pieces of spinach n black olives on my tuna. As I was complaining about the rest of the Vegetables and checking out; she cancels my transaction. Wow Subway! How disgusting!

I come here often just because it’s close, but almost every time I order through the app they don’t get my order correct and also they rarely ever read the side notes and I often have to check my sandwiches before leaving because it feels like there’s something always wrong.Also one of the workers there didn’t toast my sandwiches and when I approached her I nicely notified her that these we’re suppose to be toasted and instead of just grabbing my sandwiches and toasting them she scoured through the trash to find my order receipt to prove me wrong I guess? Not too sure but it felt unnecessary and when she eventually found the receipt it indeed did say they were suppose be toasted. This place should be your plan D for food if you’re nearby and want something quick.

Visited Subway today, had a gentleman named Roberto make two sandwiches for me and I was very impressed. He made my sandwiches very neat, which I greatly appreciated. Very pleasant experience overall. Don’t listen to the bad reviews, they’re just haters with nothing else to do :)
