I arrived at the subway 11400 gulffeway at 2pm, 8/29/25. I sent my cousin in with his cell on with speaker, to get us lunch. I told the work what type of sandwiches we wanted. I also ask her to help my cousin with payment method. She was polite and did. She noticed he had a disability. She came from around the counter to help my cousin with drinks and brought them outside for him. She went above and beyond her duties. I am great full for her and I'm thankful that subway actually have employees that will serve an assist customer. Her registered had served by 807, 8/29/28 at 2:02 08 pm. Term id-tran# 1/a-398902.

I ordered my food 15 minutes before I got there. Said it would be ready at 9:00pm. I got there at 8:54. There was no one at the counter and there were only a few people already sitting down eating. Went to the store next door to grab something before walking in at 9:05. My sandwich was on the counter wrapped but not bagged.
I paid .90 extra for a bottled drink but there was a 16oz cup sitting next to the sandwich son didn’t know if it was mine yet. The lady at the counter was preparing a foot long for customers who were not there when I pulled up and ran into the smoke shop next door.
After walking in and being told to wait, customers kept adding items onto their order last minute to the point I was waiting 5 minutes and they still hadn’t paid and had to ask her if she could just give me my food or if it’s even ready. I was still in my work uniform so clearly I had a long day so I found it inconsiderate how she thought it was okay to make me wait for a preorder that should have been ready especially after seeing I clearly just got off work and obviously placed the order so I could pick up quickly and get home.
She threw my sandwich into the bag, didn’t even try to put the chips in there and told me I didn’t pay for a bottled drink. I was so annoyed I forgot my chips.
The sandwich was good but this is the 2nd time this place has not had my food completed when there is hardly anyone in the store.
Tl;dr: THIS PLACE IS TRASH.

Had the worst experience ever customer service is the worst the female there was rude and why work somewhere u ain't trying to give service she was loud rude and very ugly towards customers I asked for her manager n she started getting loud I asked her name n she said her name was Kimberly would not recommend,
Hands down the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. The women working there clearly didn’t want to be there and made sure everyone else felt it too. Their attitude was straight-up nasty—no greeting, no smile, just eye rolls and attitude like we were bothering them by existing.
When it came to making the sandwiches, they were beyond stingy. I’m not sure if they thought they were personally losing money by giving us normal portions, but it looked like they were building a snack, not a sub. Barely any meat, a pinch of lettuce, and like two olives. I had to ask multiple times just to get a halfway decent amount of anything, and even then they acted like I was asking for gold.
If you hate your job that much, don’t take it out on the customers. We paid for a full sandwich—not for scraps and an attitude. Never going back to this location, and I’ll be warning anyone I know to avoid it too.

I went in today to get a meatball double meat the young man behind the counter said it would be messy I jokingly said yeah i know. He then persisted that it comes with 8 meatballs. Again with a weird glance i say yeah ok i want double i get them regularly. This is where it goes bad he makes an audible whisper about how much can eat. I make the come back with an already agitated tone if he really said that. I got very livid quick. I told him to stop and i no longer wanted service. I may have gone a bit overboard but over my shoulder i did cus back that how much i can eat should not be a concern. Kids these days should not actually say what they are thinking. I have frequently gone to this location because of its proximity to my job. But i will no longer give this location my business and pass along my experience to those of you reading and my colleagues and coworkers. I can take a jab and a joke but this type of humiliation was unacceptable. And there was no way to misunderstand his impression.

Will not be visiting this location again. I decided to stop at this location since I went to Walmart. I had to wait for the employee about 10 minutes to her saying she had to wash dishes n only had a limited time. I had to tell the employee could she dry her hands without putting wet hands and arms in the gloves due to not wanting water on my sandwich. The employee states she has alot to do n made me felt I should have went to another location I informed the employee I should have went to a location down the street due to me feeling like I interrupted her she stated yes I should have I informed the employee I will not return to this location to this location again. I had to tell the employee that she did not put meat on one side of the bread n was very dissatisfied with my service if I had not ordered online to this location I would have ask for my money back. Never stopping by here again not a satisfied customer . Sandwich was very dry but she did tell me Happy Holidays. I see why the subway was empty at lunch time smdh.

Came here at 10 am on a Saturday. The hours on the door say the store opens at 9 am. The door is locked and nobody is there!
Ordered 2 footlongs today. Got home and realized the bread was stale, there were hardly any veggies and both were drowning in mustard, mayo. Beware of the BOGO coupon, they are using it to get rid of crappy food. Second location to make bad mobile orders. Subway sucks now. They used to make delicious, fluffy sandwiches.
