I go to this location often in the evening @8pm.Sit in the car and did order online and once we went in the there were 2 workers, a female and a guy was there. The guy was fixing the sandwiches and he and I noticed he had the wrong meat on the wrong bread. He dumped the meat back in bid and I said can you make sure that meat won't taste like red onion. The female worker went to say he knows but I was looking and he used the same meat. My granddaugther added banana peppers and the young lady at the register started mumbling, she was making sandwiches the way they were ordered. I go to location quite frequently and she is always rude and acting like she isn't in the mood. Prayfully she don't catch me wrong one day cause I will probably let her have it. I will return soon

The woman inside gave me a hard time from the moment i walked in initially 'didnt have' my order, then refused to honor the deal on their own signs. Go somewhere else theres plenty of subways around

Ordered online and went inside the store and told the lady my name 3 times, after not finding the order she stated “ Oh it just came in “. She started to make the sandwich & I asked could I get the cheese toasted first before getting my tuna placed on the sandwich. She responded aggressively saying I should’ve added it in my notes through the app. I told her I was fine with it not being toasted first originally but since I have to wait for my online order to be made after placing it 15 minutes prior to coming inside I would like it toasted first. She rolled her eyes and continued to make my order how SHE WANTED TO MAKE IT! I IMMEDIATELY asked for a refund and that it was okay I’ll go to a different location. She responded “ oh do it through the app” I asked how do I do that & she said “ I don’t know figure it out, I haven’t used the app “ so I let her continue my order once she put the cheese in the toaster first. She put the tuna on my sandwich and moved on to the veggies then stated “ Oh and by the way, when we don’t have Honey Oat bread we use regular wheat bread “ I told her that is something that should be stated in the beginning since the bread is something you start off with on a sandwich! I asked could I have Italian herbs and cheese bread and she went and grabbed her phone to call a manager. After speaking with a manager she let her coworker remake my sandwich. I had no problems with the swap. However, at this point another customer came in and she starts to make his sandwich. My sandwich is still getting the cheese put on it and she RUSHES his sandwich in the toaster before mine. I politely let him go in front of me so he could grab his veggies since his sandwich would now be done before mine. THIS WILL BE MY FIRST and LAST TIME AT THIS LOCATION and that really sucks since it’s the closest location to my house. I have NEVER experienced anything like this before. I did not get a hold of her name but it was at 9:00pm on September 9, 2024! It was not the younger lady but it was a older Hispanic lady. The manager should know exactly who she is because she called them about my sandwich

Maria is a VERRRRRYYY LAZYYYYY WORKER!!!! everytime I come into the store and she’s working I have a problem!! First time she asked me how I was paying I told her cash she said their not taking any cash at the moment then I said I was paying card than ALL OF A SUDDEN the card machine not working that was strike ONE!! Strike 2 I came to get a salad I’m telling her want I want on my salad and to give me extra pickles she gonna tell me they can’t give me extra pickles like if I want something extra in my salad THAN I SHOULD GET IT!! Than she gonna have the NERVE to only pick up THREE pickles as if that was extra. STRIKE 3 I came in to get a salad again and I get the tuna with provolone cheese I asked her to toast it she gonna tell me she can’t toast the tuna with the cheese for me.. I’ve been to subway multiple times even different subways and always got my tuna and cheese toasted no matter if it was on a salad or a sandwich.. she literally argued with me about it. And I’m telling her even her coworkers have done it for me she gonna say “ I’m going to talk to them about that because I’m the manager “ as if that had anything to do with what I WANT AS A CUSTOMER!!! We literally we back and forth about it for a good 4 mins. Than she gonna tell me “ we had another customer complain about toasting the tuna for a salad “ AGAIN WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH ME?!!! WHICH ALSO CONTRADICTS HER TELLING ME THEY DONT TOAST IT.. until she finally did it with a attitude! I literally only have a problem when she’s working! Everybody else doesn’t give me a hard time. And I’m not the type of person that does reviews but I about had it with Maria!!! I will literally drive to another location from now on. Arguing about how I like my food is not how I want to spend my morning after getting off from a graveyard shift.. and I hope this review reaches the person that it needs to reach to get her OUT OF THAT STORE!!!!

The people that are currently working in this Subway have a snapping attitude toward Latinos . They sure don’t have a snappy attitude towards non-Latinos. You cannot even make your own subway without them telling you NO! Had better experience with other subways except this location.

They cut the bread with the same dirty knife, I told him and he denied it, I'm allergic to pork and I saw that he had three dirty knives and he cut mine with that same one.
They are not friendly.
The lettuce and spinach is not fresh.
