This store is horrible. I placed an order on the app thank goodness I went in. The sandwich hat little to no meat. I asked for extra olives he only put two or three on it. Like the ends were dry and just bread. I asked for a refund and the manager told me I would have to wait 45 minutes until she gets back. So must be doing personal things while on the clock. Gave no resolution. Had me waiting so he can keep calling the manger that wasn’t there. The other worker was no help and she started another customer sandwich guess what it was loaded with everything she couldn’t even close it but she was Hispanic too. They also need to get someone in there that speaks English as well. Will also be calling corporate to file a complaint to

NEVER IN MY LIFE SINCE SUBWAY HAS OPENNED HAVE I EVER DISLIKED THE SERVICE & THE FOOD. THE GUY TOLD US HE COULD NOT PUT MORE LETTUCE ONLY A LIL BIT & ONLY 3 PICKELS CUZ MY SANDWICH HAD ONLY 3 MEATS. THE COLD CUT TRIO IS THE CHEAPEST MEAT....CUMMON PLEASE?! NEVER WILL STOP HERE AGAIN👎

Apparently all issues/complaints have to be submitted online, no way to call customer support. Turns out since it's a franchisee all those requests go straight to the owner. Meaning my issue and problem is never going to be heard/resolved, still waiting for them to respond but they won't.

They don't put enough items on the sub now a days you have to ask for a little extra toppings... Sad 20 years ago they didn't do this

The sandwich was good. Service a bit slow. They missed out on more sales because when questioned about something they made a man face as if it was a problem. So we didn't order.

Omg I made a discrimination complaint they are racist. My auntie in law order online they never delivered her food and came with my 3 kids to the restaurant telling them what happen they told her she need to call on the website she order. So my kids her we’re hungry so she wanted to place an order at the restaurant they denied her. They didn’t let her buy again with her own money!!!!!!

Be careful from the two Hispanic ladies they always overcharge people using the deluxe trick without you having extra meat, calling people names under their breath thinking some ppl don't understand
