If I could give this place a 0 I would. My fiancé went in at about 9:28ish and upon waking a lady begins yelling at him saying “no, no order” he asked her why she was yelling and asked if they closed at 10pm. He observed that all of the food was still out and she stated “Uber” he said that he’d make an Uber order. She began to be belligerent and called the police, all because he was inquiring on how to order. After giving the police the address she reports that the computer system was down. As he walked out she followed him and locked the door. It’s unfortunate that they have someone like this working for them, that could’ve potentially caused great harm all behind attempting to order a 6” sandwich.

I just went for the free subway sandwich and the employees were so rude.One of the co workers were already doing my sandwiches then the crazy lady came and said it's only for adults and not kids which they lied cause i went to another location and they said kids were allowed to get the free subway.

WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered through DoorDash and my driver had to call me because a female employee was refusing to give him my drink. I feel bad for the gentleman, because she was threatening him saying she going to call the police when all he was doing was trying to get the rest of my order. I stayed on the phone with him until she kicked him out and placed my order outside. I'm assuming this is the same lady that had an issue a few months ago from what I saw on other reviews I read. My DoorDash driver asked for her name so he could report her to management and she refused I immediately hung up with him and called the store and she doesn't pick up the phone you fast food places really need to do better with hiring these unfit terrible customer service employees. HORRIBLE.
