Nuri makes our sandwiches PERFECTLY!! And Dahlia is very nice and attentive when making our sandwiches too. We have had great service. We drive past the nearest Subway to pick up sandwiches from this store because the experience is much better!

I ordered online and my husband picked it up, when he got there unfortunately they gave my order to someone else. Instead of being apologetic as it was not our fault, the older lady there who seems to be their head was scrutinizing my husband and not in a nice way, as if it was our fault, after letting my husband wait and all, the subs that they made was clearly made in a rush as it has very little meat inside compared to the subs that I normally get from other location.

Will not recommend going to this location.

Go to Pearland Parkway, the lady there is really nice. It just so happened that they were close already and I needed some sub to bring to work today.

Looks like I will be eating an empty sub today at work! 😭😭😭

I had a horrible experience,I ordered a meal for two and only received my sandwich. After calling the store to see if I could get a refund for the missing food I was told no by Alegra and then she hung up on me. When I arrived to the store to speak to the manager,Alegra had a very horrible attitude. I tried showing her my receipt and she shrugged her shoulders and brushed me off. After saying I would call corporate she calls the manager and lied to her and says I threatened her and I was angry. So I call my friend to see if she could speak to the lady and the manager for me,the manager (Lupita) then told her she would get me a refund. I have yet to receive my money back and I'm horrified by how I was treated because I'm black and my friend was white and spoke Spanish. It's not right to take money from someone and then look them in the face in front of other customers and shrug like it's not your problem.

I will not be coming to this location anymore. The employee who helped me did not know the menu and probably didn't know much English. The senior employee then complained to me about not telling the other what I wanted. I did so 3 times, and only on the last time did I receive a shoddily made protein bowl instead of a sandwich, which I'm pretty sure I was improperly charged for. The churro also sucked.

So I was excited to see that subway has Pretzels so I went in and tried one. Let's just say when I worked in fast food and I made pretzels we were Suppose to spray with water then add salt then put them in the oven. Well this guys didn't do that he Sprinkled salt on and it fell right off. Then I had to ask for my dip he didn't offer it. I can tell he doesn't care about his job. So I pretty much got a plan Piece of bread for 3.25
