Well, the place was very clean and empty and I was there during lunch hour and I was kind of shocked that it was empty but after the experience I had I see why customer service is not the best. I was on a call from the hospital because I went there for lunch and it was the doctor and, I was not at the counter I was about four steps away from the counter nobody in the store and the lady kept saying in Spanish first why they didn’t even speak English can I help you? Can I help you? Can I help you while I’m talking on the phone, which is very very rude , and then she told the other lady what I don’t know. I already asked her and she’s just standing there and I got off the phone. I said I’m on the phone that’s why I said I want wheat bread half another lady says we don’t have half here and it’s like OK I said 6 inch is mathematic is correct half of a foot long with the 6 inches would it not but never nevertheless so during the whole thing got to the register phone rang again. It was a nurse I need to get back to the hospital and she’s like to go to go to go and I’m like yes to go. She goes well and tells other lady in Spanish why don’t know what’s wrong with this lady, I keep asking her and she don’t never say nothing, and I’m like yes it’s to go horrible experience. I will never go there again.

Foot was ok. Store is cleaced. The only thing is no good is the employee was talking on the phone while taking my orders. That isn't polite at all. Hopefully the manager know about this.

Just picked up my order. I order a BMT and this is what I got. This is the first time they give me a subway like this. Berly any ham or pepperoni and this is supposed to be the premium one.

They charge me an extra sandwich and told me to call the app to resolve. It's been 2 months and no answers email, call, or anything!! There thieves, hope they go broke!!!!

Of course subway is subway..its hard to make a bad sandwich... my son called in his sandwich..it was not ready so I waited in car while he waited on his sandwich..the staff waited on 4 more customer before they addressed his called in order..while I waited a worker walked to her car parked next to me, went in her trunk and pulled out bread from her trunk!!! Please ask how I knew it was bread...cause it was UNCOVERED!!!! She hoisted it on her shoulder and walked from outside right through the place full of folks with UNCOVERED bread... cant make this up. This popped up for me to share after I deleted photos... dang!!!!

Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. The lady was rude and when she put her hand out for me to give her the money, I asked how much it was, she yelled at me asking if i was okay. I responded with Im okay are you okay? No response and started speaking bad about me in spanish (I can understand spanish but not speak back). Save your time and go to the one 3 minutes away off of 45 or the one on dixie farm.
