Whenever I visit this Subway, the woman who takes the orders is consistently very rude. The way she talks to customers is unprofessional and makes me feel disrespected, almost as if she’s talking down to people instead of treating them kindly. I expect better customer service, and I hope management addresses this so that future visits can be more positive.

I went by today for the first time with my mom. I got a TUNA foot long and was told that I have to have the same toppings on both sides because it was the store owner’s policy and that I would have to pay for 2 six inch sandwiches. According to Subway, it goes against their policy. That as long as it’s the same meat, you can do what you want with the toppings.
If the store owner truly made this policy, what a shame just to make a few extra bucks.
There is also no bell 🔔 on the door so the person who came in after us waited over 10 minutes to receive help. I suggest that this establish check on that because my mom respectfully had to shout to get someone to come out and help him out.

The people who work there are so awesome and sweet ... I love your staff they are incredible so I'm wondering if you do as an owner because you have them in there with no a/c and it is hot... Can someone go fix it for them and give your employees a raise because they are still there serving w a huge smile...

Ko-Ko had the best attitude—super friendly, outgoing, and kind. She made our sandwiches exactly the way we like them and made the whole experience enjoyable. I truly appreciated her positivity and professionalism. Subway is lucky to have her!

Great customer service exceptional presentation and cleanliness. I highly recommend this store.
I come in with 3 friends and we stand in line waiting to be assisted and 1 of my friend uses the restroom and right before he goes the cashier with attitude says it's for customer only.... well hello 4 of walked in for food obviously not just for the restroom. Then the cashier rolls her eyes after we said we are buying subs. This store needs to be retrained in customer services. This is very unacceptable. Not sure if this is corporate or a franchise, but customer services should be the priority to ensure everyone who walks in is treated with respect and a warm welcome. I hope this review is heard and addressed. If not, it will show how bad and uncaring subway is as a corporation.
