Horrible, Horrible Place. Woman who works there is rude and disrespectful. Doesn’t follow simple directions and does as she wants. Very unpleasant, speaks a different language as she is actively serving you. -1/10 if I could. Rude woman and they were out of ice, lettuce was brown and drinks were warm and flat. Go to a different subway. Or no subway at all.

The lady that as there last night with the poor dude in front doing everything by himself just stood by as there was a large line, we waited 30 minutes for the food to be done on our mobile order. The app said it was done and we went in and it still wasn’t made yet. The guy asked the lady who was just chilling for help and she ignored him. The food he made was good, but the experience was poor. Get that guy some good help! He can’t do it by himself and actually seems to give a darn!

The lady that works there around lunch time is rude and does not know how to follow directions. I've ordered online to come in for pick up a few times and once I drive to work to eat it, I would always be sandwich toasted when the directions did not ask for it to be toasted. I went inside to order today and she toasted my sandwich without me asking too.I came in today and used a coupon. There is a small machine that you scan the coupon barcode on and I used it for the first time. I heard it beep multiple times, but the machine does not tell you if it accepted the coupon or not. She says "Just one time ma'am. You can only use it once." Obviously I know I can only use it once. I wouldn't keep tapping the coupon just because I like to hear the beep sound. She needs to work on her customer service and follow directions better.

I walked in the store and the associate was so busy on her phone. She couldn’t even take the time to put the phone down from her head and actually take my order so I ended up walking out, very rude and very unprofessional.

Rude customer service complaining about how busy she was that she didn't have the time to bring out new vegetables It looked old and white stuff around but there wasn't nobody in the building but me and one other person......she was trying to catch herself trying to get an attitude with me because I wasn't satisfied with sides that looked nasty 12/28/23 manager need to sit down with there employees that day
