The particular spot is SLOW !!!! Not recommended if you with family… or in a rush, show up for breakfast and walk out by lunch…

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Subway. I wish there was a 0 star option here because that's what the staff here and this place deserves.
I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at any restaurant — and I’ve been a loyal Subway customer for over 20 years.
I stopped at this Subway while on the other side of town to grab a quick sandwich. Before ordering, I tried to use the restroom, but the door had a combination lock. I politely asked the attendant if she could open it for me, but she replied that it was “for customers only.”
I was confused — because I was a customer. I told her I was about to place my order, but since she was attending to another guest, I just needed to use the restroom first. She completely ignored me. I repeated myself multiple times, even holding up my wallet to make it clear that I was there to buy food. Still, she refused to respond or assist.
It actually took the other customer she was serving to ask her to please attend to me, and she still repeated that “the restroom is for customers only.” The level of rudeness and indifference was unbelievable.
At that point, I considered walking out. But just to prove a point, I stayed and bought one of the largest sandwiches I’ve ever ordered — a full footlong (with double protein & all the vegetables). Only after I had paid and another attendant had started preparing my order did the same rude employee speak in Spanish to ask the other worker to unlock the restroom for me.
By then, it was too late. I had already decided this would be the last time I ever visit a Subway. I walked out without using the restroom, deeply disappointed.
For someone who has supported Subway for over two decades — often visiting multiple times a week — this experience left a terrible impression. The Subway near my home has excellent staff and service, but this location completely failed at basic courtesy and customer respect.
Because of this single experience, I will no longer be visiting Subway and will share my experience with friends and family. No loyal customer deserves to be treated that way.

3 stars on this place is laughable. All of the veggies looked old and outta code. I ran outta that place. I was gonna get a salad but I asked for better lettuce, homegirl pinched a lil lettuce off the top and put it in the corner of the bowl than had the nerve to ask me what else😅 first of all some lettuce for my salad, however after closely examining the veggies, I decided to just get the hell outta there. I wouldn’t eat from there. But hey, eat at your own risk🤷🏽♀️💯
I literally went across the street to Walmart. This place made me what to make my own damn salad😂😂😂

This subway is so hot i don’t know how they work in those conditions. They were making my sandwhich so slow as if they were in training and they made it so sloppy and couldn’t even close it correctly . All the condiments are brown or old looking .

I have made an order online and the moment i went to wait on the store, the workers were just talking and werent working on the order we asked about if and on that moment they start working on it immediatelywe waited 15 min for the order but no rhe african american lady and the gay chubby dude were with an attitude and being loud about it

Today is 12/31 @ 12:35pm. I had the worst experience EVER. The lady had her children screaming over me while scream at them to settle down which was excusable. What wasn't was that she got upset because i asked for cucumbers that weren't soggy and only brought 3 from the back. Then while talking to me she accidentally spit food on the sandwich from talking with food in her mouth.

I went into this subway around 8:30 this evening, the girl at the counter walked away as soon as I walked in & went to the back laughing telling the other employee that she can’t take the order. She then went into the bathroom and remained in there the entire time that I stood there. The young male teenager who walked out very slowly then had to take my order. He was actually polite, but the young girl should not be working there. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. This Gen Z generation need better training!

Came at 9:45. Sign was on. Door was locked. I called to tell them I was outside. She said hold on, hung up, and never came to open it. It doesn't take 15 min to make a sandwich. I don't understand why it's okay to close early but look like you're open.
7.21.24 @4:30p The vegetables were very old and dehydrated, the bread was also old and hard. Regretting coming here.

I've should have read the reviews before I chose this location. I ordered a foot long and 6 inch sandwiches. I told the server to add extra vegetables... he literally counts every single piece of vegetables (3 small pieces of each vegetable in each 6 inches of sandwiches). 6 inch sandwich disappeared in 2-3 bite compared to other subway locations with the same order. Very very disappointed. And 2 drinks rounding $25 dollars.
I wish I could leave zero stars. This is the 3rd time I've been to this subway and everytime its a problem. The 1st time the front door was locked during business hours. The 2nd time they were out of Italian bread and American cheese. THIS time, I walk in, the lady takes her time coming to the front, doesn't greet me even after I greeted her and then starts telling me to tell the person waiting outside in my car to move the car cause its not a parking spot. I told her there was somebody sitting in the car and she kept going on and on about the parking refusing to fix my sandwich. Her focus should definitely be customer service and not trying to manage a parking lot that she does not have control over.
