Ordered my food online only to find out they don't have the bread I eat. I asked for a refund and they told me that I have to wait for the manager to get there and he didn't know when. They told me I had to call some number and the number didn't work. So by that being said the manager should have canceled all of the items they don't have to avoid an outraged customer like myself. I need my refund and I have my receipt for my dispute.The employee that was there was very nice but managers need to do better when situations like this happen.

Beware! Please do read reviews first. Expect the fountain machine to STILL be broken! A whole year later really? Ok, but than no ice tea set up and you already know they'll skip on the Fresh water options . Unfortunately not the 1st time here but definitely my last one!

Yeah we're Subway ever do not go here please look at the reviews. The guy that was behind the counter took way too damn long for two sandwiches. I was there 15 minutes before it he even got to me didn't speak English acted like he didn't know Spanish. What the hell is going on with the subway. Also produce in the refrigerator up front with the drinks for customers very unsanitary

Do not eat here. Worst store ever. Reviews reflects how bad this location is. Got my order wrong. I told them and they lied and said its right. Got home it was wrong. Called and no pick up phone. Next day went there and young man could not speak English. Called while I was in store and no phone ringing. Contacted corporate and all I got from store owner was a apology. I waited to leave review to give them a chance to do the right thing but nothing. I am a senior and money is tight. took my money and wont offer refund or food. A disgrace to the subway name.

Worst of ever been. She said her name is mindy. (Hispanic girl). I m here 10/25/23 at 9:25pm. Looks like she is just chilling there. She can’t wrap the foot Long separately and want extra fees for it. That is crazy. I never had anyone said that from a subway in my whole life.

Worse place. Two Hispanic works there especially younger one need to be fired. Smirking and talking trash. Ignore customers. Obviously does not need job I guess. Very rude. Bathroom locked during business hours because they don’t wanna clean. Spray cleaning stuff all around food area.

This location is pure trash! In addition the attitudes from the staff make it no better! I stopped by this location today and noticed some of the meat looked a little off. I politely asked one of the staff members if it was possible to change the tuna due to discoloration and it’s appearing the be extremely dry (pictured below) and she stated “no, our manager does not allow us to toss out the meat, even when it looks like this”. Management should be ashamed of themselves.
