Hours show they open at 8am and it’s currently 8:30 and doors are still locked . I see someone sitting on the table on their phone and didn’t bother to open.

The Hispanic lady in there refused to even give me service. When I came in she first said “Only Cash, No Card.” Fortunately I had cash. Then when I asked for the meal of the day, she says they have no Tuna. And it’s gonna take two hours to prepare. What tuna takes two hours ? Now I see that see never wanted to serve me, and reading other reviews, everybody is complaining about this same Hispanic lady who does not want to work.

I recently visited Subway, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The bread was so hard that it was nearly impossible to bite through, making the sandwich really difficult to enjoy. On top of that, the pepsi was flat and tasted more like flavored water than a proper soft drink. I expected better quality, and this visit definitely fell short.

Rude, RUDE, Rude!!! I came in around 12 noon to grab a quick bite. I was on my phone with a client, no one got up to greet me or anything. I told my client to hold while I ordered and Maria the lady behind the counter was sitting on a box told me she would take my order when I get off the phone. I couldn’t believe my what she had said so I asked her to please repeat herself. She then said it again but so rudely. I asked is there a a sign here that say that she said no but I’ll make one soon. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I then asked for a manager she said there is none. She refused to give me the owners name or number and said I could leave if I can’t follow the rules

Wish i can give zero star. Came in today to pick up my online order, they didn’t start on it until i came in. So i went back to the car when i came back in one lady threw my food on the countertop and said here and walked away. Wow. Thats it for me i will never come back.
