80% of the times when I placed orders for pick up and didn't actually see my sub be made, it was made wrong. The portions are skimpy. I once ordered a turkey sub and after returning to work realized it had no meat. Earlier this week I ordered a Philly steak sub and after getting back to work realized there was hardly any steak on it. I love Subway but I will no longer order from this location. The workers aren't friendly and when you ask to have your subs remade they pretend to not understand English. Never once have they offered something complimentary for me wasting my lunch break.

The manager was nice when I arrived only. After I received my food, I then drove home which is about five miles away. I then checked the subs and realized that the order was wrong, so I checked the receipt and realized that it belonged to someone else. I called the location and spoke to the manager and she said that she made a mistake and didn't ask my name but then she said that I didn't tell her my name (partially putting blame on me also). When I reminded her that I did say my name when I arrive, she denied it. I then asked her what she wanted me to do with the subs I received and she said to bring them back but before she hung up she told an employee that I must have thought that I was gonna get them for free. When I arrived back at the location I told her that I don't live that close to get location and then she shrugged her shoulders in a manner of like oh well. I will never go back to take location. Horrible customer service. ????

Ridiculous employees the price of the BLT is $8.39 on the menu and they want to charge $11 because she said that’s what her manager wants. That’s crazy. I suggest going to a whole Nother spot.
