If I could give this place a 0 I would. I ordered two sandwiches only for myself and my hubby. They completely got the order wrong and when I called they only thing they told me is they will remake it if I bring the sandwiches back. It this point I'm already at home. No, Im not coming back! I ordered online ahead of time for a reason. On top of messi g our sandwiches up it just seemed like the manager had no concern to help the issue. We will never ordered at this on again and I warn you not to as well. My hubby's philly cheese steak was nothing but bread and vegetables for at least 2/4th of the sandwich...

The gay Spanish guy who made my sandwich. The meat looked a bit thin, so I jokingly asked if that was all I was getting. He chuckled and said he put 9pieces of ham instead of 8 I paid, ate in my car, and all I could really taste was the vegetables. I decided to look up how many pieces of ham I was supposed to get and found out it should have been 12. I didn't want to cause a fuss, but I felt a bit played, so I went back in and kindly asked for my 4 missing slices. He seemed a bit defensive but gave me the rest of my sandwich. As I glanced over, I noticed the Spanish customers' sandwiches looking full and delicious. It made me realize what was happening. After reading some reviews, it seems like more black people or none Spanish are receiving this type of service. Come on, Spanish folks, let's all just relax and avoid any unnecessary conflicts. Let's not start war on da sw.

He rang up his employee's food; then she left. Which shifted my energy completely. Once Malabos most wanted finally came out the back to ring me up I was so annoyed especially at his lack of customer service skills and his I didnāt even want to come to work as energy. Recently, we came in after the storm. We came to the restaurant and they told us that they had no more Italian herb cheese bread, so we waited for 20 minutes for more bread. After we waited for 20 minutes, we came back into the store and one of the employees told us that they had no more bread. Even though they had just told us to wait the 20 minutes. They ended up having the bread and it was burnt.While ordering, I asked for olives and every time I asked for more of something I would either get told that they couldnāt because of policy or that it would be extra. Every time my family and I come to the subway, thereās always a problem. When I asked for a little bit of something I got a lot, and when I asked for more I got a little. We ended up not even finishing our order and just leaving. Side note, while making our orders, another employee was constantly reaching and talking over the food.

Subway has the most disrespectful and unsanitary people working at their locations. I ordered a sandwich online and got there to pick it up 15 minutes later and the sandwich is sitting there open and not even made correctly.while two employees work on one order. That is sooo disgusting never comin here again and the employee had the nerves to be mad at me is delusional smh. I highly suggest not ordering mobile orders here !!!
