Lady… if you are unhappy working there I understand. What is my fault here? I ordered an online order and nothing on the order is right. Terrible portion, not toasted and very salty. I know what to expect when ordering online but this one is beyond disappointing

Joana and her manager are RUDE and this store does not carry any change.
They asked me the customer to go around corner and get change as they refused to charge me with cash and kept insisting to charge electronically

Large Latina woman really rude 11-12-24
I decided to stop by the location at the last minute after having nothing to eat all day. The moment I got there, I see a homeless guy standing there waiting for me to come out of my car to ask for some change to eat something. I don’t blame the guy for wanting something to eat but as a woman all by herself at night, it made me really uncomfortable and afraid of what he would do to me if I were to refuse. And from the way he was staring at me since the moment I walked in to the building even though I told him I didn’t have any cash on me to give to him, I can tell he’s still up to no good. So I had to resort to asking one of the workers to help walk me to my car. And I’m thankful I did because she didn’t hesitate to accept.
It really sucks not being able to turn away trespassers who harass people because the police won’t do anything unless a “crime” has been committed. Not all homeless people are bad but when they hover around the property and scare people away, it interferes with business and thus people’s livelihood. I feel bad for the workers that have to put up with it because it’s unfair to them. But for now, I just wanted to thank the woman who made my order and helped me feel safe. I really appreciate it and hope things get better for the workers. Thank you.

The customer service skills are not there!! The owner of this location needs to do a whole makeover from management to sandwich "artist". Overall, a bad experience and i will not return to subway anymore.This was the last straw!!!
