I love how clean and so welcoming this store is, the manager is always smiling and being a pleasant helper. Just every time I come get my lunch is a quick and fast service from all the ladies here. Thank you I will definitely keep making this my to go to lunch place !

Worse service I have every been provided with in my life at this location, I place a order online the sandwich did not have the meat we ask for and pay extra for, when I went to the location the Hispanic lady said she did not read the online order and they don't check the receipt order as they come in they only make them fast and never double check them. I asked her if she could make my order again and the right way, she told me she could not make the sandwich all she can do is put the extra meat in a bowl and give it to me!! I was so upset and I did get loud because I have never had this kind of service like this before, I asked her nicely could she make my sandwich as I ordered it, there is bread on the rack, she told me that bread was for tomorrow and she could not touch it? I have never in my life heard this before, worse service ever, then to top it off the young black girl had headset listening to music and I asked her is there a work policy on not having headset on when your working, she got mad and told me not to yell at her, so basically what the Hispanic lady said they don't check the orders online they just make them and if they get it wrong they can not remakes them!!

Beware when ordering online from 13151 Bissonnet St.I ordered a footlong sandwich through Grubhub, and when I opened the bag after delivery, there was only a 6 inch sub in the bag.The paper receipt taped to the bag clearly states 12 inch sandwich was ordered.I immediately called the restaurant, and the phone just rings and rings and rings, with no answer at all.I tried calling 3 times in a row, but there was no answer anytime.

The sandwiches are good. I bought a half sub and it was delicious. I decided to come back and get other but today the doors was lock and the sign says open. That's how business lose customers. I might not come back
