Employee was super stingy with the veggies, my husband had to tell her to add more each time. She used a crusty old bread that fell apart into flakes with one bite. Terrible service and inexperienced crew!!!!

Simple go elsewhere. The service here is non existent. I told the lady 3 times 6 inch sub on wheat and meatball please. Then was asked several times what size, what kind of bread, and then what kind of meat. All I have to say is wow at this point. Don't go here

The lady in there seemed very inconvenienced that I had to bother her while she was in the back and absolutely nobody was in there. She was giving me this attitude and feeling like I was not wanted there. She began to prepare my sandwich i asked if she could put the mayonnaise on the bread she gave me an eye roll, as she continued my sandwich she only put a couple olives on, and I had asked her to put extra. I reiterated, she said, that's all she could do, so I walked out and let her keep the sandwich since it's the way she likes it, she can have it. If it was that big of a deal, she could have at least offered to charge me more for olives, but i've never even been treat it that way before.

I walked in yesterday 6/22/25 around 4:30-5pm and no one was serving or greeting. I waited then called for help 2 times and no one came but I could hear a phone being used in the back. About 5 min later a couple came in the store and that's when a woman came from the back with a very bad attitude. I was so disappointed and walked out the door. PLEASE Hire people that actually want to work.

I go here often as it is only feet from my Job. The lady is usually overworked and tired doing everything on her own, so I have empathy and patience. Today was no different except half way through my sandwhich a dead roach fell out. I walked back and showed her and all she could do was offer me more food either today or tomorrow, which of course I didn't want. I'm not sure what I wanted since I'm not typically that person to go back but I was upset and disgusted and really at this point want to puke. Just making this post so all can be aware. She just kept saying the place is clean :/
