I placed a mobile order for pickup. It was supposed to be ready by 7p and I arrived maybe 5mins before. There was a line so i waited. When I speak to the guy working the line I tell him I have a mobile order. He's confused and asks me to wait. I go to have a seat then he's asks what I need. I say an online order...still not understanding. I say a pickup order...is it ready? At this point I'm annoyed because how many mobile orders do you have where you're this confused about what I'm saying? Or do you never get those orders so you just aren't familiar? Turns out, my order was ready and waiting on the counter the entire time. If he made the sandwich how come he didn't know it was there? Luckily the food was good but I really hate this is the closest subway to my home bc it's always a problem smh.

Terrible service. Asked nicely to get my sandwich remade because it had been sitting there for hours and they denied me. Spoke with the manager on the phone and she was uncooperative. She just kept saying “I know ma’am I’m sorry we can’t do that” which is a lie. Didn’t say her name or anything so I’m not even sure if it was the actual manager. I worked in food service a long time. If the customer is not okay with the status of their food than they are able to get a remake. They’re all lazy in there. I wanted it remade because he even said it was soggy himself and it would be the same as me getting a refund and reordering the same thing. The manager implied I’d have to go to a different subway to do that which isn’t true. She just wasn’t competent. So I reordered my whole meal and still not sure if they even took care of the refund because I didn’t receive a receipt. This place is a joke. They barely get any business to be as lazy as they are. I was on my break for work and they used up 25 minutes of my 30 min break procrastinating my service and trying to make me seem like I was in the wrong. I am a CNA. My job is already hard & they just made my day even more stressful than it had to be so I couldn’t have let them get away with it without feeling satisfied.

The food was great, but I had to wait at least 20-25 minutes for an online order. There was only person working there. Maybe some seniors at Susan B. Anthony High School could use a job because it's right down the street from this shop. Just a suggestion.

I try not to write a review but every time I come to this location the workers are extremely rude for no reason and the sandwich is not made correctly. The time before today they made my mom sandwich so badly she does not eat subway no longer. Today I ask for a little more mayo and the girl squirted a very small amount and slammed my sandwich shut and rolled her eyes by her doing that she didn’t even add the salt n pepper. This is truly the worst customer service I ever experienced.

Arrived at 8:35 pm. Every sign on the store says they close at 9 pm. All of the doors were locked and no employees around. Even the open sign is on. But looks like everyone decided to leave. This was on a Saturday. Terrible location anyways, managed by terrible people.

I know subway closes and 9 but when did y’all start closing at 8:50? I was just getting off work and was hungry and couldn’t get nothing due to the employees here closing

This is the only subway close to my work. When I walked in I was not greeted because nobody has confidence or work ethics around here. Also sketchy guy hanging around the door. The food was great though and the person taking my order was ok.

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich with regular chicken .(as I have been ordering for years). The lady said that my sandwich does not come with bacon ,bc I did not choose Rotisserie chicken. She put very little cheese and I asked her to add a little more. When I checked out I realized they charged me an extra 2$ for the bacon, and 1 $ for the cheese on my sandwich. When I questioned her, she said all those ingredients were extra. On top of that, they were stingy with the veggies and they didn't have any tea. My meal ended up being 18$ due to all the extra charges . Absolutely ridiculous .Will not be returning to this subway.
