I order a tuna sandwich on the app giving around half a hour for the employees to make, when I arrive it’s empty no customers no staff, I sit asking for help for like five minutes. When the girl gets there, she looks half asleep she looks at my receipt and then proceeds to make a sand which.. even though I ordered in advance. Once I pick it up from her she gives me the worst attitude, tells me “nice joke” as I ask for my sandwich and then sighs and rolls her eyes?? I get we have our good days and bad but come on :/

The food was ok. When I got there I noticed the lights inside were off it was not even 7pm yet. We asked the worker why the lights were off and he said he forgot to turn them on. In the middle of making our sandwich, he stopped to chase some lady outside that he claimed had his cell phone. Not sure what all was going on. He was very mellow but nice. Place was not very clean, there was water spilled on the floor.

Ordered for delivery online subway app. GrubHub driver texts they're closed at 9:15pm and closing time is 10pm ..my order then shows as cancelled with no explanation... it's been 3 days now and I've requested to be called by corporate office .. nobody answers phone at store and impossible to get anyone by phone at corporate office...store is at 3329 Telephone Rd , Houston Texas

There were flies inside the bread bin, the guy behind the counter was more busy answering his cellphone, left the preparation of our sandwich to go answer his phone. The ice for the drinks is kept in a bowl behind the register. Exposed to flying insects. Not coming back there again.
This is the worst subway I have ever been to. GO ANYWHERE ELSE This place is nasty. The bathroom was disgusting, and the bathroom key on a giant ruler is left on the counter where food goes. That’s disgusting.
Kei is the rudest and least helpful customer service person I have ever dealt with. When I got there I could’ve sworn the place was abandoned since we stood alone in the lobby for almost 10 minutes. She got there and I had to repeat everything over 3 times, which I don’t mind repeating myself but at this point are you even listening? I think she was on drugs or something cause I ordered 1 meat and 1 cheese not that much.
I was overcharged way more than at any other subway I have been to. This place was a nightmare I shouldn’t be at a subway getting food for 30 minutes when there’s no other customers. Also my food sat getting cold while she went in the back to search for a sauce for a LONG time.
