There was a ROACH in my food!!!!! I went back and the woman said it was a human mistake what the hell!!!! This place needs to be closed down until their roach problem is solved!!!! Never going back !!

Update! Spoke to Miriam Salgado the District manager she said they just took over 12 locations and there was a lot going on…. Then she gave me the Owner Cash Agrawl- his response was ‘Can’t do nothing about it, I’m in India’ … this is worse than what I thought!

Worse service ever, she literally counted how many extra cucumbers, lettuce and other sides on the sandwich. We order a kids meal wasnt complete me missing items.

I called this location because my bread was as hard as crackers! The lady answers the phone speaking Spanish only. Hoe can you possibly serve the public and you can't speak or understand English??? She literally called another person speaking Spanish for help. How is this even allowed???

We came to eat here early in the morning, the lady told us the order was not processed fully and we could eat and she would process it later. Midway through the meal the ham did not taste fresh. When we go to pay, I check the receipt in the car, turns out she charged us for a bacon we didn’t even order, and an extra charge that I can’t even describe.
