A German COCKROACH ran over the screen and down INTO the food. If they are out while people are there, that means they have 1000s. The worker was unprofessional, and I'll leave it at that. I walked out with my online order and threw it the hell away after seeing the bread was bad and looked like the ingredients had gone sour. Worst Subway I've ever been to.

Got no response from Subway when I called about it either. They do not care.

They got my order COMPLETELY WRONG!! I asked for a footlong egg, bacon, and cheese with tomatoes.They didn't put the egg on my sandwich or the tomatoes. I also ordered 4 cookies and sweet tea with ice. I only got 3 cookies and no ice with my sweet tea! Never ordering here again!!

In addition to the fact that there are plenty of cockroaches, the bread and everything there is old, the avocado has cockroaches, and the employees are treated badly and paid poorly.

😔🙄😲I wanted steak and cheese that night and by the time I arrived here I had already been to two other subways that said they were out of steak for the sandwich.....like dang, maybe Arby's really does have "all the meats". This store was clean the staff was friendly the sandwich was way more expensive than I remember subway being , but still yummy. The other two Subways on gessner near West Park and on Westheimer near the beltway, GET IT TOGETHER! WHAT KIND OF SUBWAY IS MISSING A WHOLE MEAT??!!! 😕

I had a terrible experience with Subway’s customer service, and I feel compelled to share. Their website and store hours clearly state they close at 10 PM, but when I arrived at 9:34 PM, the doors were already locked, and the staff was visibly inside cleaning up.
If you’re going to close earlier than advertised, at least update your hours or communicate that to your customers. It’s frustrating to go out of your way for food only to find out the business isn’t honoring its own hours. Subway, if this is the standard of customer service you’re providing, you’ll definitely lose. Very disappointing even more because I previously came from the subway up the street and they were out of turkey.

Very clean fast service friendly people this is the best subway i have encountered in a while . Came here 3 years ago and it was poorly owned now I hear new owner in town and it shows .. always stocked with food as others were always out of product . Great job new owner and team I will recommend to family and friends.. and will continue to purchase here ..

The bread was good, as was soda, except that they don't give you access to the bathroom. I asked the employee, a blonde, for the bathroom door code, and she told me no, I don't understand how they can offer service to eat in. the place and they don't have a bathroom available?

Terrible service in this location. They can never get my online order right. One time I went back after work to complaint, there was no manager, no one was speaking English, they called someone and told me to come back 10am next day like I am here for a job interview. Wrote complain on subway website multiple times about this location but never got any response. Ended up going to a different location.
