Ordered a sandwich online the bread was dry, hard, and old. Asked for extra sauce and the sandwich was so dry. Asked for extra cheese and of course no extra cheese. Don’t order online unless you want an old, dry messed up order. Very unsatisfied!

Pretty good service, though it took a while. I simply wanted to order, however, there was apparently a man taking a large order already. This is not in the restaurant’s control, but what is in the restaurant’s control is to have one out of 2 servers at least take one very simple order from a client who had been standing there for minutes straight.
Still, good food, would recommend, however do expect a wait if there’s one (1) man ordering a lot of sandwiches.

I’m honestly so frustrated with this Subway location. I placed an order on DoorDash for 15 cookies for an event and drove 30 minutes to pick it up. When I got there, the woman working had no idea I even placed an order. Her coworker had to tell her, and then they casually let me know they didn’t have what I ordered.

At that point I was already annoyed. Like why wasn’t the order canceled if they didn’t have the cookies? Why let me waste my time and gas driving all the way there for nothing? I asked them to cancel the order and they told me they couldn’t and that I’d have to do it myself. I explained that I’d be charged if I cancel it on my end which makes zero sense since they’re the ones who didn’t have the item. That should’ve been their responsibility to fix.

Then one of the workers offered me chips instead as if that’s anywhere close to being a replacement. I told her no. The cookies were specifically for an event. After that the younger Spanish-speaking girl started going off in Spanish to her coworker about me right in front of me. Then they just flat-out started ignoring me. I was literally standing there asking what’s going to happen with my order and they were just helping other customers like I wasn’t even there.

It was rude, unprofessional, and just a horrible experience overall. I will never order from this location again. Ever. Completely disrespectful and clearly don’t care about customers at all.

I get so nostalgic when I come over here because I used to live on this side of town when my son was a baby. The lady with the kind blonde highlight that was shorter than the other lady was so nice and accommodating. When I say, Gen Z and many other people in this world lack common sense and being nice it really is rare to meet someone nice but I guess you gotta be in a good mood 😁 I don’t know whatever the case, I love coming on this side of town and I’m glad I came here. Only thing I am sad about is there were no juices. The watermelon and stuff. They are so good but rare to get nowadays from subway. 💔 anyway loved the vibe today. A little messy but hey it happens. Thanks for making my lunch break a breeze and drama-free 🩵 god bless

Slow workers, long wait to order a sandwich

I remember coming to this Subway as a teenager and it is still here and the same. We came here on an afternoon and there was only one worker working from making the sandwich to register, so overall it is a little bit slow. But she was very professional and take care of one customer at a time. We had a gift card and they just scan the QR code and it was fast and easy to use. The food was just OK, if you want a nice sandwich that you can add more veggie this is the place to go.

I will try to never go here again. The employees were nice but that place never has enough meat or toppings they are always at there very last bit. Even though they clean that place is not kept up with management. Nonetheless I saw a big roach on the wall. It ruined my appetite and it just kept crawling there the employees either didn’t see it or they were ignoring the fact. Pls pls pls just help that subway. Will not be going there.

we live in a country where English is the first language, how is possible you got a Subway full of spanish people who dont understand nothing. Then to start off with yall didnt have steak , nor chipotle sauce , highly recommend not to come to this location, the reviews on this store speak for itself , dont come cause they wont have nothing you want or no one will understand you. Just save your time and money and look for another subway. This location is the WORST .
