I remember coming to this Subway as a teenager and it is still here and the same. We came here on an afternoon and there was only one worker working from making the sandwich to register, so overall it is a little bit slow. But she was very professional and take care of one customer at a time. We had a gift card and they just scan the QR code and it was fast and easy to use. The food was just OK, if you want a nice sandwich that you can add more veggie this is the place to go.

I will try to never go here again. The employees were nice but that place never has enough meat or toppings they are always at there very last bit. Even though they clean that place is not kept up with management. Nonetheless I saw a big roach on the wall. It ruined my appetite and it just kept crawling there the employees either didn’t see it or they were ignoring the fact. Pls pls pls just help that subway. Will not be going there.

we live in a country where English is the first language, how is possible you got a Subway full of spanish people who dont understand nothing. Then to start off with yall didnt have steak , nor chipotle sauce , highly recommend not to come to this location, the reviews on this store speak for itself , dont come cause they wont have nothing you want or no one will understand you. Just save your time and money and look for another subway. This location is the WORST .

I will never come back to this subway. The people that work at this location are super rude and lack of professionalism. This guy cashier had the audacity to ask me why I didn’t tip him. What kind of question is that? When he asked me that I told him I didn’t bring more money. And then he had the nerves to tell me that next time I come back to bring enough money. What kind of cashier tells that to a client. From what I know they get paid hourly so there’s no reason for him to demand for tip. And plus why would I tip someone that has terrible customer service. I don’t recommend this place to no one.👎

Their food, service, and atmosphere may not be the best, but definitely not the worst. Advice for picking up online orders, always make sure your items on your orders are correct before you eat and leave the restaurant.

After sharing my complaints with the manager about a very disappointing experience and rude employees. I was called “racist” for pointing out that the employee didn’t understand English and got my order wrong. It’s been over a week and I am still waiting on corporate to reach out about the initial incident. And now waiting on corporate to contact me in regards to being name called. Again I wasn’t greeted in English or Spanish and was completely ignored until an English speaking person could assist me.

today we order lunch from the store on South Diary Ashford and the sandwich were not toasted , when I called to let them know the sandwiches were wrong she stated she would redo the order never did she state e had to transport the food back to the store. Communication was terrible.

No one can speak English and no one knows how to read. I placed a mobile carry out order. They were out of all the toppings I ordered even the cheese so when I came to get my order it was just meat and bread. I will never come here again. When I asked for a refund no one knew what I was talking about. Please teach people to speak English if they’re going to be working in America please. ??

If I can leave 0 stars I would the customer service is poor . Not to mention the food the vegetables are old the lettuce is dy and soggy the tomatoes are horrible all the vegetables look like not good at all old . Nothing is fresh and they are very stingy with how they make the sandwiches I would rather take the drive to Westheimer . I never have any issues there at that subway .

Very bad attention?
I walked in and no one greeted me or took my order. The manager just looks at me and ignored me. Looks like they were getting a large online order out, but no acknowledgement or ask if I can wait a minute, NOTHING. I'm not eating at a place that treats their customers as air. I left.
