Order three foot-long on the website ordered for delivery food that was delivered wrong order. I have to drive all the way back up here just for them to look me in my face and not even understand their mistake and then don’t even apologize. I don’t get compensated for having a drive back up here after I already paid delivery fees.

This place needs to have someone that's bilingual and not just Spanish speaking cause this is ridiculous when you trying to pick up a order and show them the order number and they don't understand what there looking at and won't give you your food!

I am convinced they only hire people who only speak spanish. It's actually kind of crazy, anytime I go in to order I am spoken to in spanish which I do not speak. And they can hardly understand what I want on my sub. Just kind of ridiculous

How they are still open amazes me. Places the order 45 minutes ago and it wasn't ready because they 'didn't see it' keep in mind i'm the only person here besides the workers who are singing and having fun no problem. Now i get to wait on a order i placed almost an hour ago just for them to not even make it right.

At this location no one speaks English, one has to asked the other so they can figure out what the customer trying to say, the service is not good, their speaking loud in their language. I'll will change my location.

Horrible service, no one spoke any English. The employees were asking other customers to help translate between us. I waited 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Then when I asked to exchange my oatmeal cookies, the guy got an attitude. The cookies were hard and missing some ingredient. They were paper thin. Got a drink and there were lids. The lady had a customer translate that there were no lids for my size cup and was ok with letting me walk out with no lid, instead of offering another size cup that had lids to it. Again customer service to terrible, There should be at least one English speaking staff member, since majority of customers speak English.

I like going to this subway because it is right by my job but the last few times I have went, I have felt neglected and treated differently. The two ladies who make the sandwiches are two Hispanic/Mexican ladies. I noticed every time I recently went, the Spanish speaking individuals would cut the line, other times, I come in, one of the Hispanic ladies completely ignores me for 5 minutes while she stays on the phone before acknowledging me. That day there was a Mexican boy sitting inside the store as well, not eating or ordering so I'm guessing it was someone she knew. As soon as I left the subway, they both started to point in my direction and laugh. I could clearly see them talking about me and it was odd because it was really early in the morning and I was parked right outside the front door and windows so I could clearly see the boy and the lady pointing towards my car as soon as I got back in it. It's so uncomfortable and I bring all my coworkers here. Honestly I might just ask everyone to stop supporting this location because the women are very racist and weird...get a grip. Make a sandwich and go home. Find a new job because you won't only be making sandwiches for people the same race as you...we live in Houston tx. We are diverse so treat everyone equally or get a new job? Stay home.
