I’ve been to this Subway multiple times, but this last visit was awful and enough to make me not return.
I stood at the counter for about 3 minutes while two employees were having a full conversation before acknowledging me. When one finally did, she yelled to ask what bread I wanted—I didn’t even realize she was talking to me at first.
When it came time to pay, I told her I had a coupon and she completely ignored me. She gave me the total, and when I repeated that I had a coupon, she said “well scan it” without explaining where or how. I had to figure it out myself while she just stared, offering zero help.
After I finally scanned it and was about to leave, she said she needed the coupon, tore it up in front of me, and walked away. The entire interaction was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.
I understand everyone has bad days, but this was unacceptable customer service. I will not be returning.

I know it's been said many times. We should be able to give no stars. The none service here is crazy. When I walked in the 2 working there look at me like I walked in there house without knocking. The one of them decided to help me. She making my sandwich I told her heavy heavy mayo. She She can't because she need some for TOMORROW. 😐 I said what. She repeated I have to have some for TOMORROW. So I walked out. Without the sandwich. 🤬

It was only 9:38 and a few other people were pulling up and they said they were closed. It was a guy and lady that kept holding their hands saying the close at 10 but it wasn't even 15 minutes before closing. They also had the keys in the door.

Ask the employee to heat up the sandwich in the oven, she went to the back and just put it in the microwave. Handed me back the sandwich super soggy, greased dripping from the bag. Could’ve just told me now and I’ll go home and do it myself.
