The lady that attended us was very rude and deaf! Had an attitude for no reason. Don’t recommend they need better employers. Specifically that old hispanic lady

There’s a younger woman who works here, I didn’t catch her name. She always has super pretty lashes on and dark hair. She is always so so kind! She gets my order right everytime. She greets me when I walk in. And she always says “have a blessed day”. I have been back multiple times since because of her hard work and kindness! Thank you!

I came to this location after placing an order online they had no syrup in the soda machine leaving nothing for me to put in the cup I paid for … when I asked the kid If I can grab a bottle drink he said no it ain’t my problem I asked him to call his manager he said nope I said I need a refund he said nope it ain’t my problem!!! He then laughed at me and walked to the back!!! What is going on!!!! I’m trying to find the regional managers number can someone help me

The lady actually makes the sandwich correctly unlike these young kids that can’t read. Thank you for a good sandwich. Nice lady

My bill was 40 dollars, you forgot my drink and chips. I ordered the salad bowl and footlong sandwich. You burnt the bread on a lightly toasted order. How is that possible? And yet you still send the order out instead of redoing it. Not satisfied with your service after spending 40 dollars. Terrible Terrible Terrible. Thanks for ruining my meal and taking my money. SMH The only bright spot was the delivery driver Paula, she did everything she could to help with the problem, cudos to her. Subway you should take notes
