My bill was 40 dollars, you forgot my drink and chips. I ordered the salad bowl and footlong sandwich. You burnt the bread on a lightly toasted order. How is that possible? And yet you still send the order out instead of redoing it. Not satisfied with your service after spending 40 dollars. Terrible Terrible Terrible. Thanks for ruining my meal and taking my money. SMH The only bright spot was the delivery driver Paula, she did everything she could to help with the problem, cudos to her. Subway you should take notes

This location always makes my order wrong, I work near by so sometimes I order Subway and I’ll order through doordash. Well everytime without fail I am either missing a sauce on the sandwich or the avocado or the whole order is wrong. I check the receipt on the bag and it’s my order but there’s something always wrong.

Please teach employees how to deal with promotions like coupons I had to pay regular price because they didn't know how to applied coupon at the register, made me wait and still paid full amount for the food, they supposedly called the manager that never answer the call ....

The 2 ladies I had were very disrespectful. They spoke about me in Spanish because I mistakenly almost ordered the wrong sandwich. Not knowing I have a decent background in their choice of language.I do not recommended their customer service skills. More training on how to deal with customers needs to be done.

Our sandwiches were good enough. Service people are chinchy with ingredients as if they are the ones who pay for the spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, onions & pickles & mayo. Since then, we started making our own sub sandwiches at home, with fresh baked bread from the store, anybody can do that & so much cheaper!!!

I'm going to give it a 3 ⭐ because I work there and I work my azz off to be getting paid $8.00 but I have mad respect for the customers that comes in they love me and I love them too I make everyone happy as I'm doing that food sometimes I over Due what I'm soposed to do. But today I was on my last breaking ? point for me to get a call from the manager saying he thought ? my 8 year old son was stealing money out the register when the guys next door gave my baby a tip of 7 or 8.00 to get out the register so he lay all the one's out on the counter so he can make sure he get the right change that the hair cut man have him as a tip for him to keep.. so today I was just overwhelming with what was said to me about my son.
